Researching on behalf of the GF who never done university only realising now how lucky I was to study civil engineering in university and have 3 job offers leaving due to a shortage of them in London or professions have it much tougher.
hey great video! thank you. every information I'm getting about this same topic is from people in the UK. Will this be relevant to someone in the US?or can you direct me as to where to look please?
Why do people take on degrees when they can just do the acca course and become chartered accountants. Aren't these degrees ineffective when it comes to time and costs. Has having a degree benefitted you?
I am planning to come to uk for my masters I have completed first 4 exams in ACCA through exemption, will I be able to get a part time job in accounting without any prior experience?
Yes you should be able to. You can search for jobs using the links in the description box to start off with, but also don't be afraid to approach companies that you want to work for and just ask if they have any vacancies that will suit your circumstances.
How demanding is the actual job? Is it long hours, is it fast paced etc… and if you’re going to spend 3-5 years studying, how straight forward can it be to reach 6 figures? I know that depends on the individual and what areas you progress into.
Please abbie guide me...i am your new subscriber... sociology major and a mom...want flexible work opportunities so i am considering to go for Accounting because i am not thay into technologies....
Can I become a finance manager with just CIMA qualifications? I have no experience neither degree, but I’m curious about cima and its path, I’m just a bit scared as I’m 36 years old and I think I’m old for a new career.
Hi, I’ve just graduated with a Maths degree and I want to a get a trainee accounting job, hopefully starting sometime around the new year. I did do an internship with an accounting firm but as a maths student I have no exam exemptions. Do you think I could get a trainee accounting job even if I haven’t started the AAT exams or will I have to have start. And if I need to start, would I need to have completed some of the levels. So would I have to have completed say the Level 1 Bookkeping award? The AAT exams are quite expensive and I don’t want to spend all my money on them so any advice would be great. Honestly just looking for way to get a decent trainee accounting job.
I am sorry but the title a bit of a clickbait. "Become chartered accountant without work experience". Because this is our biggest problem. We can finish the school, get the degrees, but the 3 years work experience is very difficult. That's why I watched your video. So I am very disappointed. With an other title this video would be a very nice one, very well put together.
Hi ,am new here and i want to become chartered account pls can you put me through everything and to become that and to study in UK ,put me through everything
