Easy way to get black whip is to ask your DM if they'll allow you to get the coiling grasp magical tattoo. Fajin and gear shift are relatively easy to replicate in D&D when you're a monk as with fajin you just have to use Flurry of Blows and for gear shift you have step of the Wind. And for danger sense you just need to get the alert feat.

One build I want to see is the jump monk who uses their high movement speed, and slow fall to jump repeatedly using dealing the fall damage to enemies by falling on them with attacks whilst negating your own fall damage. You could also get a jump warrior as well, but that is a bit different. Fun fact my assassin rogue managed to OHKO a tarrasque with this by falling 500ft for an extra 50d6 damage doubled to 100d6 because crit, but he also died instantly so yeah it was a sacrifice play.
