    Hi Nerida ! I love your videos and enjoy learning from you. I'm so happy for Daniella and her skin, she looks amazing! I was wondering if once you start using a retinol cream, can you receive facials or should you stop using the rerinol for a couple days before receiving a facial ?

    • @NeridaJoySkincare
      @NeridaJoySkincare  6 лет назад

      No, you do not have to stop using the retinol before a facial. It is up to the facialist to be able to see how to best work with the skin for maximum benefits. Retinol is sometimes a great prep for the many things we can do in a treatment. In saying all of this, I am assuming you are talking about non prescription correct? Prescription retinol i do like for regular use and is not necessary EVER!

  • @YummyLix
    @YummyLix 6 лет назад +1

    Quick question! I've noticed that you are a fan of the Q flavanoid to treat scarring and for its overall brightening effect.Do you prefer the Q flavanoid over other Rejuvi whitening treatments( like the Rejuvi whitening serum and the rejuvi whitening cream).I have not seen these products featured on your channel yet so I figured you are more attracted to the Q flavanoid.

    • @NeridaJoySkincare
      @NeridaJoySkincare  6 лет назад +1

      Great question, thank you:))
      Yes, I do prefer the q flavonoid because it offers the skin so much healing. Most people i meet are in need of more then just lightening a scar. They are usually surface dry, and their skin is usually lacking nutrients.....the q is perfect for this.
      The lightening serum and cream are very specific in their function on the skin.

    Hi Nerida, I’m 27 years old and have oily acne prone skin since i have large pores. Currently my acne is under control. Would you recommend the rejuvi k cleanser for my skin type?

    • @NeridaJoySkincare
      @NeridaJoySkincare  6 лет назад

      Yes, the rejuvi K cleanser is a great cleanser for really everyone. What is important however, is that you cleanse twice at night. Your first cleanse must be with a warm wet wash cloth after you have massaged the cleanser into the skin. The second cleanser you can just rinse off with luke warm water:))

  • @mimiabdo7159
    @mimiabdo7159 5 лет назад +1

    So a few weeks ago you reccomended that i should get the Rejuvi k cleanser and i got it but i have a few questions:
    Is it possible to get rid of hormonal acne by only using the rejuvi k cleanser?
    I know everyone has different skin and i found that you recommend rejuvi to everyone and i was wondering how one brand can work for most people
    How long does it take for acne to start clearing up when using rejuvi k products?
    Im allergic to the pollen in cucumbers and in your last video you mentioned that the rejuvi k cleanser has cucumber in it, will that affect anything?
    Thats it! Thanks for replying if you do and thank you for helping me out!

    • @NeridaJoySkincare
      @NeridaJoySkincare  5 лет назад

      Yes, the K does have cucumber in it. You cannot use it if you are allergic to cucumbers .....better to be safe then sorry:)
      It takes more then just a cleanser to clear up acne, its a regimen as a whole that conquers. i recommend rejuvi because it works. There are 160 products in the rejuvi line.....its huge. But in many cases what works on helping heal acne in some forms lessons wrinkles and lightens brown spots i.e retinol :))

    Hi Nerida I have a few questions please, firstly is the Q flavonoid to be applied every night or every other night? Is it okay to use a Moisturiser on top of the flavonoid and night gel in the evening? Lastly to clarify the AHA cream is to be used during the day? Many thanks

    • @NeridaJoySkincare
      @NeridaJoySkincare  6 лет назад

      Either or.....depends on your skin and if you have another night time serum to alternate with. Yes, you do use a moisturizer over the q favonoid. The night gel however is a moisturizer so you would use a serum under it....like the q flavonoid. Yes, the aha cream (generally recommended for sensitive skin) to be used in the day time but put a vitamin C or another daytime serum on the skin first also followed by your sunscreen:)))))) Great job Saffie..... sounds like you know your stuff xo:))))

    • @NeridaJoySkincare
      @NeridaJoySkincare  6 лет назад +2

      It depends..... what is the climate like where you live? It would be too drying living here in Los Angeles for most people. If your clients are surface dry it may not be a good option. You do not want to set up a dry surface (slate) as i call it. It will create large pores and congestion underneath:))

      Nerida Joy only reason I’m asking is because I’m going through hormonal acne as well and I followed ur steps where in the morning Id cleanse with a non foaming cleanser, serum I combined an aha serum with a bha oil then sunscreen, at night I would cleanse then combine a retinol with a hyaluronic serum and omg how much that helped ... so I felt maybe now i can use vitamin c but it did tingle a bit so i said I’ll back off a bit until all my ance is gone ... it’s amazing though how knowing which ingredients to combine together properly can make a huge difference instead of takin medication and massaging products in and takin your time properly especially just like u say underneath the baby hairs huge difference I swear I’m not just sayin that please keep doing what ur doing ur helping us all with ur advice and knowledge 😘😘😘🙏

      Thank you Jenna....so happy to hear you are getting better results with a few adjustments on application and combinations....well done:))) If your Vitamin C stings, I would not use it on your face. Try it on your chest /decollette instead.

    Does going to a skin clinic better than investing on different skincare products??

    She is using retinal at night, and an AHA in the morning but you mentioned no sunscreen in her routine?! That seems like a massive no no to me, if she is not using sun screen her face is going to end up with lots of sunspots/ sun damage. Especially in LA, were the sun is out frequently.

      Absolutely, all my clients (including my models) use sunscreen, at least a 40spf..... very very important!

    I was able to do this with Weedborn CBD products.

    Daniel should have gone to see good dermatologist first.
