I hope they allow these add-ons to make their own in-game menus because most of those books aren't great, and I think there is definitely a better way

They won't let them edit existing UI so mojang would have to add a tab for them if anything
I disagree. The books make them all blend cleanly Into vanilla and with other mods. Then all having their own instruction manual is great. It's better when all their books are uniform over all having different UI
@mtt3000 well no Monang agreed its a major issue their addressing if you have all the addons in your world you'd litterly have no inventory space rn for the game
Craftee is a just a tad bit OP. I gave 9 red stone, he gave me a nether star. I gave him 14 bamboo, he gave me a netherite hoe with fortune 3, unbreaking 3, efficiency 5, mending, and curse of vanishing.
Never underestimate the power of our great God, Craftee.

I feel like Toycat is looking at the Utilities mod wrong. One of his main focuses was the explosive pick which I personally thing is one of the biggest weak points of the add on. The explosion isn’t big enough to be worth using when the multi block pick is right there. You can bore a 3x3 tunnel through a mountain in minutes with the multiblock pick. The ore excavator speeds up mining by a large amount, and the treecapitator makes removing entire swathes of forest so much faster when you only have to mine one block of each tree. Double wide trees like jungle or spruce make the treecapitator so valuable. Another huge one is the spawned wrench. Being able to move spawners is a luxury I thought bedrock would never get. The mob grinder and xp farm potential is through the roof. End portal frame mover is move of a convenience thing but could save time if your portal is far away. Even the omnitool could be huge for builders, lets you free up more space for block choices on your hotbar. You can’t enchant these tools but they come with what’s basically fortune which is handy when you don’t have an enchanting setup.
I’m seeing now that toycat has come around for this mod and I wrote all that for nothing but hey I’ll leave my praise for this mod here because I love it so much.
Same, it was an instant buy as soon as I saw it. Currently raiding all the old mineshafts I had discovered for the spawners,and currently sitting on baker's dozen. Can't wait for the ultimate skelly-farm

@BumpTune8462 i dont think its a huge problem, but with them being easy to make and only using diamonds. Id rather have them be made from netherite, or be breakable with a high durability

realistically, if they just add a review section for all the items in the marketplace, it would end up helping the marketplace as a whole, this is both by being able to showcase to the customer on other customer opinions on these products, as well as letting Mojang focus less on managing the marketplace, and more on inventing new ways to use it
I definitely say to not use "/kill @e" with Telelanterns on. It breaks the add-on.
Sp fun fact: throwable tnt can break (and drop) ANY block. Including bedrock and spawners.

Let me get this straight, there is an add on called the naruralist add on which looks to add a whole bunch of new animals to minecraft. Among those animals appear to be an aligator and a shark. You're telling me mojang won't add sharks themselves into vanilla minecraft because of safety concerns, yet they're fine with it being locked behind a pay wall. Why am I even surprised at this point.
I think the logic there is "It's not us who made the mob, it's a non-vanilla mod made by someone else, so it's fine."
Add ons are clearly going to be features they won't create. What do you think the response would be down the road if someone bought an add on and they just release a carbon copy for free?
also, it should be obvious that this would happen. What do mod creators like to make mods about? The stuff that Mojang has chiefly avoided making. So it's clear that majority of the mods that will be on the Marketplace are going to be things they didn't plan to make.
Lastly, I can already tell that Mojang is still somewhat controlling it, as for most of the creatures in the pack are Neutral, the only I've seen hostile are the Piranhas and the Hammerhead shark so far. Reality is, while things will be added through this, they are definitely going to still stick to some of Mojang's moral codes.
Mojang didn't make any of these, btw. In case you missed it. You know, the whole point of the marketplace, being that it's non-Mojang creators selling everything.

I know mojang doesn't make the addons themselves, but its still annoying that features we've wanted for so long are being locked behind a pay wall.
I remember how slow my world was when I added like 30 add-ons to it. It toke like 10 minutes to load

If you attempt to emote you can become trapped in your mech, you basically become a cyborg.
Good news you can force yourself out of the mech and fix the glitch by sleeping in a bed
Of these new ones, the tools and the magic caught my eyes the most. The tools for their utility and vanilla friendly aesthetics, and the magic for the Emerald Minion and wisps… I’m a simple man.
Been trying the magic spells one you shown the other day and so far it's quite fun to play with it. Also got it for like 0.15 cents with my country's prices 😂

This is awesome. I have bought every single add-on that’s available and implemented into my world. I never have to wait for another Minecraft update to get what I want. I have literally almost everything I ever wanted. Lol this is awesome.
Hey toycat, thought I’d just add that the scripting required for tool durability is not a limitation and has been fully functional in stable addon development (which would include marketplace content) since the release of 1.20.70, where it was brought over from beta-api
So does this mean these tools will get updated? They are kinda dumb since they have unlimited durability. Makes all other tools useless.

You missed a _puntastic_ opportunity for a pun! "The Ice Blast has a very short _cool_ down." It's an Ice spell, so _of course_ it'll have a _short_ _cool_ down!
I really hope we get more fantasy/medieval add ons in the future, I like the idea of a companion add on, however crafty is very much for a specific target audience I do not fall in. I'm also not big on the audio as well. I'm OK paying for these add ons, so I hope to see more.
I bought me the mech addon, im just getting it for the mining mech and while cheap its also kinda janky qnd hard to move around. Cant really imagine any of the other mechs being too usefull compared to it but id give it a solid 7/10
I low key hope they add a part 2 to the spell add on like they did for the dragon one.
The utilities mod is essentially adding in what most java mod packs have in them as at this point a standard.

I created a new world with the Magic (and Gravestone) addons. So far it's been pretty fun working towards unlocking new Spells as I play though the world. The Mining staff does make "strip mining" VERY easy :-)
I have been wanting realistic gravity in Minecraft for a while now, so the add on tools are pretty awesome. 😁
I once had a world on an original xbox one that had between 50 and 70 large mcpedl addons active at once. I played it in multiplayer and it really was rather laggy.
I'll give it a try on my world.

They need some realm add-ons more players “bucket server mod”
That mod lets you use signs to make shops with chests ! Also, claiming land and have money and everything. I miss those old Java servers. Bucket faction server ?
You had like power, and you could claim like 10 pieces of land!
The shops would be so much faster than using command blocks plus other players can make their own shops and set their prices as long as they have the items in the chest. Keep in mind either left or right click to sell or buy You can’t actually open the chest only the owner can.
Actually, if it’s an add-on, they could add their own separate shop block!
The Craftee companion is the bootlegged version of the mecreeps mod on the Java edition I knew craftee looked familiar because it’s a carbon copy of the mecreeps mod but changed the design and the ui and things you can do
Mech one is my favorite, i wish they weren’t too broken and op but im happy it’s not as broken as the world utilities addon.

how do you think they are going to handle the player.json file as if two addons use this file they are incompatible.
I'm pretty sure that's one of the restrictions, unfortunately.
Honesly on my ps4 my game will error if I try to even add the deco (the furniture add on) before I even get in the world not to mention last time I was playing my game errored while I was playing so maybe it's my ps4 or its storage or something but the add ons aren't the best on stability with my system

There is new add-ons and well played, you besten me to it. I knew a rich person can best me to it. What had changed is at least one new add-on is now exist. A new security add-on... Cheaper than the previous one.
(Also make sure to update your add-ons. Dragonfire got new blocks.)

I loaded up the addons and then once I was done with them, I downloaded my realm, edited it back to no cheats achievements enabled using the MCEditor and then reuploaded it to my Realm to get spawner blocks haha

I really enjoy the mech addon. I use my microsoft rewards to get free minecoins, so I got it for free. I am now saving up for the magic one. Those spells do look like fun.
Total bologna with utilities tools having no durability. The dragon add ons armor and weapons have durability and can be enchanted.

personally, as a console player im waiting for more technical addons like adding a debug screen or something like foxy's or madhatters armor stand packs that show spawning radius, chunk boreders, fps, etc.
you know what is the best way to spend money on addons. Buying java edition and getting thousands of free mods of higher quality
