- Recoil is an incredibly important stat in Warzone and just recently, there was a huge update that changed a ton of the recoil patterns for Vanguard weapons so in today's video, I wanted to show a direct comparison of the recoil patterns for every primary Vanguard gun in Warzone! What are some of your favorite Vanguatrd guns in Warzone currently?

Definitely appreciate this. Between all the attachments it's going to take a while for you, JGod, TGD, Driftor, etc. to put this information together for the community. I know we all really appreciate it. The problem with the constant tweaks is the in-game stats tell you almost nothing, making the work you guys do all the more essential. 👍
Does the stat sheet not update along with any adjustments for the guns?
Edit: Wait never mind lol i forgot the stats sheet isn’t in WZ. Hopefully they add it one day.

It doesn't help the attachments have slightly different attributes in WZ compared to VG

I am happy this game sold like shit this sends a message to Activision that people are finally catching on to the annual release cycle and how the game are rushed every year.
I don't like the direction cod is doing WW2 again? I don't a mw reskin this game vanguard feels lifeless and has no soul or identity.

I honestly feel for you Ace, this is an enormous task to take on knowing there will be adjustments made that will erase the time you have invested essentially overnight.

Cooper Carbine. I just love how there's a million different ways to kit it, whether it be long range beaming or melting up close.
I wouldn't even mind if they nerfed it up close because I usually use it as an actual AR anyway
its damage range sucks tho that gun is a certified peashooter from afar
I’d love to see side by side comparisons of meta builds. The Vanguard attachments seem to make way more difference than past games, if you stack them right you can basically completely eliminate recoil on a lot of guns.

For future vids like this, since they’re all taken at 14m, could you add what an enemy player looks like at 14m to the plot image to get a rough order of magnitude comparison for the patterns?
I was shocked to see the NZ41 had such wild recoil. I picked one up as ground loot from those christmas boxes and that thing was awesome.

Right now my favorite is the Cooper carbine (true games build) and an sten or MP40 with incendiary rounds. That setup seems to work well
i feel like the owen and the type 11 with the jump could really benifit from the initial recoil stat attatchments. I am really enjoying the powerful slow fire bren and bar, trying to get the type 11 down, but absolutely loving the mg42. I am an lmg bot but its something i declared. I just love pretending im arnold or on of his squad in predator, laying down cover fire trying to get some wallbangs lol.

Hey man, your hard work and dedication does not go unnoticed. I love the BAR at the moment. I use it in both core and HC modes.
man, i am so grateful to you and the other data guys. I just don't want to spend most of my play time test firing, but i do enjoy it here and there. these plots give me so many ideas pointing me in the right direction.
The Bren is crazy good, got two back to back wins using it. Also, I HEAVILY recommend using the MK12 Night Vision scope. It cancels out all the scope sway and visual recoil. Use both and trust me you won’t regret it.
Ace, I started following you since BO4 and even though I'm still not an excellent player (0.94 KD in Vanguard and Warzone), your stat videos taught me so much.

Thx ace. Grt work as always. I'm really enjoying the Cooper carbine, especially as a sniper support to the kar (vg). I also enjoy the dp27...at least in mp but havent used it too much in wz yet.

even with that recoil pattern the ppsh is so nice when you manage it well and with a good build it doesn't feel that bad at all but after looking at this I will be looking at the horizontal reduction attachments more to see if I can make it even more of a laser

so far my favorite is the bren with the 50 bmg mags and damage berrel, its not practicle at long range but you can dump truck people at medium to long range if you tap fire it. and of course the 3 attachments on the type 99 that can one shot poeple to the chest fully plated. insane

Don’t have a current favorite. It was automaton but with the nerf I’ve been using everything I can to find my go to gun.

Ace, I'm not even playing Warzone anymore, haven't touched it since integration, but I still watch the videos and leave likes because I still love Call of Duty and I've been with you since Ghosts. Props to the crazy amount of work you put in to create the content you do.

I'm really struggling, I know the stats don't compare directly to vanguard. And I've noticed so many differences with damage altering attachements. I'm just lost in a sea of potential that I can't figure out. All of my understanding for taking long. It's a nightmare too figure out. Thank you ❤️

The BAR and BREN man
The BAR & Bren are what I’m currently cycling through. I really want to like the nz-41, but recoil is almost impossible to control, even with it almost maxed out.
The NZ is controllable for the first 10 bullets. After that it has a mind of its own.
totally agree especially when you use .50bmg on both and pair it with a good smg
I think the trick with the NZ is to tap fire
NZ41 was great for a day or two, but after they nerfed the recoil it became really difficult to use.
With the NZ you want it in single-fire mode - if you have a macro, it'll essentially be full-auto with zero recoil.

Appreciate the hard work I just personally dont find much utility in knowing what the stock recoil patterns are when the guns are totally different with attachments.
Ye I really appreciate the work ace does, but everyone blowing smoke up his arse about the hard work he's put into the video. No all he did was test base patterns if he leveled all the guns and showed the recoil that would be impressive lol
The Volk and the Cooper remind me of the MW Ram and M4. Kind of similar, with their direction in recoil being the other's opposite. Am I crazy?

My favorite setup right now is the Bren for long range with a Cooper Carbine as an SMG
I like the Cooper carbine in loadout. I LIKED the automaton, but not now. I had success with the ppsh. I’m really struggling with snipers and would love some info for those. Thank you for doing the work so we can have fun.

Mp40, bren, stg are to me the best options at the moment. Bren is going to get nerfed any day now though so almost certainly not worth levelling if you haven't already.

The guns I use in warzone is MG42 and double barrel but ima replace the shotty with the sten since it's my favorite smg
Honestly thought the nz would have less recoil considering that I was able to use a blueprint off the ground fairly well

I use a combination of the Stg 44, type 100, and VG Kar98, they are reliable guns to use even though it is hard to use

Oh, I was just about to jump on and start grinding the automaton. Perhaps I’ll keep working on the mp-40.
I run with the DP and the PPsh they just felt the best for me so far
My current favorite is the Bren. I really like the way that it handles and I really like the way that I'm able to mitigate The recoil on it with the right attachments. The Cooper carbine also is excellent and as far as SMGs I prefer the type 100. I was very surprised by The recoil pattern for the type 100 and for the bren. I just assumed that the attachments helps these guns tremendously because they both feel like they have very little recoil.
Same thing but with best recoil attachments on each gun would be amazing

I’ve been enjoying gung Ho having no delay while I’m running on the as44, sten, and type 100. A few shotguns have it too and they are the spammy ones.

The automaton was my fav, destroyed now tho. Cooper is my now go to. Without high FOV and affected on PS5 it makes some guns visual recoil too much. On pc everything looks like it has no recoil lol.
The game is an unbalanced joke. PCs have different settings which give them a massive advantage from recoil to overall what they see around them with FOV. You can’t take this game seriously as a cross platform game. It’s just not. It’s a PC game and console players are fodder.

I have been liking the STG and BAR as my long range AR and I pair them with a SMG like the MP40 or PPSH. I am thinking about using the Tommy gun as a SMG and the Cooper Carbine as my long range AR but I need to level those guns up still.

I just struggle with the side sights, I find myself trying to look down the center of the guns. And the visibility sucks because of the scopes and magazines in the way.
Type 99 with all the recoil attachments and the 40 round mag is super broken.... It's great haha!
