I agree. I have gained a little bit of weight (or fat actually) but not enough to need to change clothes sizes. I really like myself how I was before so I will work to get there but it's better to do it while loving your new body rather than hating it.
I love that she doesn’t take her image very seriously. When she talked about wanting abs for spring she said it so relaxed. A lot of people think that wanting to look a certain way is unhealthy, but I think sometimes it’s just a goal to keep you motivated. As long as you’re not setting unhealthy standards, I think it’s anyone’s choice to strive to look the way they want.
Idk how I found this channel, but it's good to see that a RUclipsr actually shares that they gained weight. It's natural, and it seems more genuine especially in this time when everyone is a bit struggling due to coronavirus lockdowns.
Honestly, I love seeing this. Managing weight is never easy and most of us swing between one weight and another, it's normal, we're humans. Yo-yo is normal too and it's never a defeat. There's no defeat in how our bodies should be, sometimes we lose weight, sometimes we gain it, the most important part is to go in the direction we know we will feel confident in. Our bodies work hard for us, they hold all our organs and they do a good job at it. Thank you for posting this 😊
im korean so I really do get the pressure to look skinny and stuff. But seriously. As long as you're healthy and happy, you're gonna be pretty no matter what. Thick thighs and tummies are so hot to me so I hope people learn to love their hot bods more

I honestly really enjoy the fact, that you are so positive about the whole losing - gaining weight situation. Cause in the past I wanted to lose weight so bad, that I was almost about to fall in the “eating disorder” trap. And I still don’t fully have gotten to truly accept my body. Next Monday gonna start incorporating new habits into my diet as well:)
What helps me is the mentality that it's a roller coaster anyway, especially for us women with our cycles. If you have a goal and you don't follow your weight loss regimen for one day, you don't have to beat yourself up over it and give up. It's just a small setback. Keep going and cut yourself some slack. You need to think long-term, not short-term.
Just goes to show you may not be at your "goal weight," but you can still be super fit, strong, and healthy - which is amazing and so important to remember. Go Solmee!
Omg same last year I worked out so much just to gain it back,but the main reason why I gained it back is bc of school,this year in 2021 from jan - feb(the end) I worked out alot but then lockdown finished then I had to go to school not online,so this month (march) I have gained some weight,anyways goodluck to u and me I hope u achieve the dream body u always wanted fighting ✊

I was thinking the same thing and comparing how 63 kg looked on me when I had gained weight, I was looking larger than her. Then I realized that's because she has way more muscle than I do and muscle weighs more for the same amount of space it takes up on your body. So the main takeaway for this should be - lift weights and gain muscle! Your body will look amazing even if you gain weight!
Guess we all gained a little weight during winter and lockdown! Our gyms are still not open 😫 and I am so booored of running! Let's all diet together and look fit this summer 😊

For the workout videos I can advice caroline girvan and as a weight replacement what about bottles you can put sand/tiny rocks or even doing that with some old water wings
I think it’s important to point out weight fluctuation happens because of hormones! Especially as you get close to that time of the month. Also some foods you may not even realize that you’re allergic, food reactions cause long term bloating and swelling.
I will never understand those jokes about appearance... “look at her, that’s her true self, look at her, so ugly”. She has good skin, nice looking eyes, cute nose and mouth... even without weight lost she looked good in my book. Listening to those jokes really triggered me, coz I can be seen as uglier girl compared to her and I’m weak when it comes to self confidence. Listening to those jokes also made me sad for other people who think “what?! You think she’s ugly?! Wait till you see me! “ . She can act like she doesn’t care about this appearance joke, but you won’t be 100% sure about her true feelings. This kinda joke is something I won’t say even to my closest friend.

It doesn’t mean it’s a nice genuine joke to hear, I was called fat as soon as I gained a little weight...I’m 168cm height & weighted 57kg at the moment.I was skinny all my life till I became a mum and lack of self care, I will have more time as soon as my children are 3 years older.

Making hurtful remarks is of course is hurtful. Redundency intended. But when you demand that people like you as you are is also another thing. People call me short, skinny winny back when I was skinny, called me a girl when I was a boy and so on, but I could see where they were comming from and what characteristics of mine are making them say such stuff. What did I do? I didn't just sit in my PC chair and write stuff like all you are crap, you should like me just like how I am, being short or a weakling is nothing bad and all you are Aholes and any useless stuff like that. Nor did I pretend that I was beautiful or strong or manly or and broadcast it on the internet. Instead, I lifted weight, I began choosing my clothes that fit me better, I built more muscles, I changed my pasture, and you know what? Those people stopped making those remarks about and at me. Although they sometimes still make jokes about my height, at 170cm, because that's one thing that I cannot do anything about. And I don't wanna use those fake lifter thingies because that's faking my height. Now I think I've gained a bit too much weight so I'm doing cardio everyday to a point I'm literally laying down on the floor gasping for air to lose some weight, currently at 63kg. What do I mean? No one is entitled to appreciation from others, including myself. You either take action or don't do anything and stay the same.
I used to be like this, but now I prefer a more consistent approach. I hit the gym frequently and eat to satisfaction. I treat myself everyday with snacks and I don’t avoid any food. I am no longer obsess about weight but started to care more about my health and just how I look in the mirror. But anything works for you, stick with it. Remember that you’re beautiful no matter what.
I don’t get it. before I used to lose weight like nothing but since quarantine occurred, I gained 20 pounds and for some reason it’s so hard for me to lose them :(
I have the same problem. I think I know why. When I am at home and do nothing my Fitbit says I burn 1700 calories a day. With exercise maybe 2000-2100. I just went back to uni and just walking there and back/to class my average is 2200 without exercise. I think we all just do a lot less exercise and sit too much

Dude frckn same before quarantine i needed max a month to loose 5-10 kgs, now even tho I've been eating clean+ weight training + cardio for the past 2 months i have lost 500 gms, i dont know what's wrong???

2020 was so horrible that my binge eating got out of control and I hit the 60kg mark for the first time in three years. It's been awful to bounce between 59-62kg during a whole year, lose and gain the same 3kgs again and again. I've been trying to go through a day at time, exercise and don't fall back into my disordered binge/restrict eating habits, but I've never had such a hard time losing weight or just staying healthy in general as right now 🥲 I love your videos and your positive attitude regardless of how much you weight, so I hope I can take inspiration from that 💖
Omg I relate to this so much because I lose and gain the exact same 3kg between 59 and 62 and I have a hard time with binge eating. But lately I started being less restrictive and I plan on starting to exercise... good luck girl I'm sure we can make it !

I was at a stable weight for many years even without working out since i was always active, but this past year i've gained a bit of weight, even though it's not much but not being able to fit into some one my clothes really upset me, thank you for giving me motivation not to feel bad

To be very honest - 68kg is my goal weight (currently at 72 kg’s) You look beautiful either way. I know beauty standards can be so harsh sometimes, thank you for reminding us to be mindful and happy with what we have. Health is more important - physical and mental. We always come across videos like - Loose 15 kgs in a month or something like that - so it felt really good to see something different.

i know she isnt trying to tell his fans that is super ok to gain weight and continue gaining even until to the point of unhealthyness, so i hope her fans wont misunderstand her, self love doesnt only mean you shouldnt try to change like if youre obese or overweight, self love is also trying to take care of your health (remember that there is no such thing as healthy and fat people, fat itself isnt healthy if too much, i myself is a fat individual and im not like over reacting or anything like other people, i was overweight compares to my age and height), also losing fat isnt all about starving your self to the point of you dont eat (just saying since people also misunderstand that) losing fat should be a long process so for those trying to be fit (im not telling or force you to, but i hope you all try :)) try your best!! also im not a fatphobic just to clear things out!! i only want all people to take care and its always your own choice and im not forcing anyone and its not like i can since we all hav ethe right to decide for ourselves :D. note: im also not telling you to compare yourself to others, that's not a healthy mindset since all people are unique, in a good way. I didn't just sit in my PC chair and write stuff like all you are crap, you should like me just like how I am, being short or a weakling is nothing bad and all you are Aholes and any useless stuff like that. Nor did I pretend that I was beautiful or strong or manly or and broadcast it on the internet.
Instead, I lifted weight, I began choosing my clothes that fit me better, I built more muscles, I changed my pasture, and you know what? Those people stopped making those remarks about and at me.
Although they sometimes still make jokes about my height, at 170cm, because that's one thing that I cannot do anything about. And I don't wanna use those fake lifter thingies because that's faking my height.
Now I think I've gained a bit too much weight so I'm doing cardio everyday to a point I'm literally laying down on the floor gasping for air to lose some weight, currently at 63kg.
What do I mean? No one is entitled to appreciation from others, including myself. You either take action or don't do anything and stay the same.
I like leg raises too. When i started working out i couldn't do more than like 10 leg raises, now i can do over 60 at a time

I used to be like this, but now I prefer a more consistent approach. I hit the gym frequently and eat to satisfaction. I treat myself everyday with snacks and I don’t avoid any food. I am no longer obsess about weight but started to care more about my health and just how I look in the mirror. But anything works for you, stick with it. Remember that you’re beautiful no matter what.
I don’t get it. before I used to lose weight like nothing but since quarantine occurred, I gained 20 pounds and for some reason it’s so hard for me to lose them :(
I have the same problem. I think I know why. When I am at home and do nothing my Fitbit says I burn 1700 calories a day. With exercise maybe 2000-2100. I just went back to uni and just walking there and back/to class my average is 2200 without exercise. I think we all just do a lot less exercise and sit too much

Dude frckn same before quarantine i needed max a month to loose 5-10 kgs, now even tho I've been eating clean+ weight training + cardio for the past 2 months i have lost 500 gms, i dont know what's wrong???

2020 was so horrible that my binge eating got out of control and I hit the 60kg mark for the first time in three years. It's been awful to bounce between 59-62kg during a whole year, lose and gain the same 3kgs again and again. I've been trying to go through a day at time, exercise and don't fall back into my disordered binge/restrict eating habits, but I've never had such a hard time losing weight or just staying healthy in general as right now 🥲
I love your videos and your positive attitude regardless of how much you weight, so I hope I can take inspiration from that 💖
Omg I relate to this so much because I lose and gain the exact same 3kg between 59 and 62 and I have a hard time with binge eating. But lately I started being less restrictive and I plan on starting to exercise... good luck girl I'm sure we can make it !

I was at a stable weight for many years even without working out since i was always active, but this past year i've gained a bit of weight, even though it's not much but not being able to fit into some one my clothes really upset me, thank you for giving me motivation not to feel bad

i know she isnt trying to tell his fans that is super ok to gain weight and continue gaining even until to the point of unhealthyness, so i hope her fans wont misunderstand her, self love doesnt only mean you shouldnt try to change like if youre obese or overweight, self love is also trying to take care of your health (remember that there is no such thing as healthy and fat people, fat itself isnt healthy if too much, i myself is a fat individual and im not like over reacting or anything like other people, i was overweight compares to my age and height), also losing fat isnt all about starving your self to the point of you dont eat (just saying since people also misunderstand that) losing fat should be a long process so for those trying to be fit (im not telling or force you to, but i hope you all try :)) try your best!!
also im not a fatphobic just to clear things out!! i only want all people to take care and its always your own choice and im not forcing anyone and its not like i can since we all hav ethe right to decide for ourselves :D.
note: im also not telling you to compare yourself to others, that's not a healthy mindset since all people are unique, in a good way. Just try to be your 'best' selves.
