    Had mine yesterday.
    Took paracetamol before hand, didn't need ice, cooked dinner when i got home sans walked about. Feel absolutely fine today.
    I watched my wife have 4 difficult births so it's the least i could do.

    I had mine couple of weeks ago. The whole procedure took about 12 minutes and i felt nothing.
    But i took a pill an hour before the procedure, probably to numb the pain.
    I only noticed mild swelling and slight bruise after the procedure.
    I got back to work in 5 days no problem.

    I had mine a few months ago. I apparently metabolize lidocaine a lot faster than most, so I ended up feeling much more pain than I was told I would. He had to add more numbing 3-4 times during the procedure (which lasted about 30 minutes). I felt so much more than the needles and grabbing. I had a Valium (prescribed) before hand and also used nitrous, it didn’t help. If you know you metabolize lidocaine/numbing agents faster than the normal person, do yourself a favor and go under for it. My dr gave me the option and I wish I took it. I wouldn’t wish what I went through on anybody. I’m not trying to scare anyone, as my experience was not at all typical. I just wanted to put it out there in case there are people like myself watching this video/reading my comment.

      @@acedia4453my “anatomy” made it a more difficult procedure which the dr had told me during the consult. That on top of him having to stop frequently to give me more numbing equalled nearly a half hour. Maybe 25 minutes at best. It was pretty brutal.

      I wish I did that. The needle was pretty painful and when they grab you it's pretty bad too. But yeah, after surgery - I didn't really feel pain and only took 1 pill the first day and that's it.
      Now at 2 weeks after - its all back to normal

    Thanks for sharing. It's been 8 days since my surgery, and tomorrow, I'll return to remove the stitches. I was and am a bit scared to be honest. It looks good but it is soooo sensitive that i can't walk without ensuring they won't move much... not the stitches, these don't hurt, the testicles hirt a lot! Like someone is pressing it a little.

      interesting that they didn’t use the stitches that you don’t need to take out. They just dissolve.

    Where do they put the injections is it in the scrotum or in the testicles?

    • @WrightlyDivided
      @WrightlyDivided 3 месяца назад

      It’s on the side of the sack. Not in or near testicle. They find the tube pinch it and inject next to the tube. Got mine yesterday. It’s all mental you don’t feel shit. After the drive home and the numbing is gone is fucking sucks balls tho. After 24hr it’s easy. Couch bound that first day or 2. Hurts like a mf first 8 hours. Drink yourself to sleep and then u good

    • @ArcticProxy

      Scrotum. Although I did feel a minor tap on my scrotum when they did the right (second) side. The numbing shot feels like a rubber band snap but that's about it.
      I was super scared going in. It was way worse in my head than reality. I feel only a tiny bit of discomfort 36 hours later.

    • @DoitDoit
      @DoitDoit  Год назад

      I would guess so. I didn’t feel “pain” after it - - it was more of a discomfort more than anything.
      but both are normal. The same way if someone gets a cut - they might feel a lot of pain and someone else with the same cut - won’t feel much pain.

My no needle, no scalpel, open-ended, vasectomy was less discomfort than giving a blood sample! 6 minutes with my pants down and I watched all of it. I walked away feeling like nothing had happened. The best thing is that I am now STERILE! And that's why I got the vasectomy!

      Why should anybody have to “stop having sex”. It’s a fundamental part of being human, feeling pleasure and being a healthy, balanced person. For those of us who enjoy it, it isn’t easy to “just don’t”. I’m either assuming you’re a religious nut or you have a low libido - but wake up, and don’t assume everybody is like you.

      Seems like you got a little to nervous and you were probably too tense when they were doing the procedure which would also be why you felt so bad 24 hours later.
