Tnx for the video.. this is gonna help me with my kitchen rebuild project.. i'm also planing to mix it in drum type mixer.. mine only has adjustable angle for the drum roll in difrient positions..
That sounds useful. (I think most of the time people just hold the belle mixer up a bit, but i was working alone, so i added the chock.) Good luck with the build.
