Knowing how expensive and long the engraving process is, I’d be terrified of ever firing the gun lol it’d be sitting in a glass cabinet somewhere in my house
Hi Wess. Thank you for sharing the tip. Could you write please, the name of this black gooey paste you use? I am sorry but I can't recognise it from the audio :( And the baking temperature is in 225F or Celsius?
1. Offset Black Printing ink (for newspaper)

Nice engraving work.
How will it hold up to gun cleaning oil, etc....should it be clear-coated?
I have restored an old motorcycle that had been hand engraved on the aluminum rocker Box covers will this process hold up to the heat of about 300゚.
i coudnt think of a more cowboy recipe than black sludge and lighter fluid!
Could you use this method on a relief engraved Byrd knife as well?
Thanks for sharing 🇵🇰
how long does it last?
Nice 🇹🇷
It's unbelievable!
What is the name of that opaque black paint that uses?
It looks like plastisol printer ink but not certain.
Hi there can it be any lighter fluid?
I wonder how the inking stands up to handling, carrying, and shooting. Wonder if cleaning after shooting is a major concern too.

why not use black patina for weapons like:Ballistol
ok 2 questions
1 - How long to you leave the item under 225?
2 - What do you do if the gun is black?
Are you using screen printer ink or newspaper printers ink?
sorry, I watched it a few times. I think you said "offset printers ink". I'll try yo find some of that.
Couldn't you mask the areas you don't want inked with some rubber cement? Rubs off easily afterwards.
Water based ink or the other one? 😁
oil bace ,water bace is washable
Doesn’t the gun need to be blued / not dyed?
It's stainless steel. Lol
What’s a phone book?
its a book that you can put a SIM card in and make phone calls on
Is that laser engraved if so where did you get the 3d file
Was this stainless metal?
Yes. Even tho this is a 2 year old comment lol. (Otherwise it would rust)
Hello, black, please
Wouldn’t acetone work?
Yea
Hi, please could you write please, the name of this black gooey paste you use? Many Thanks Marco
non si capisce la prima parte ma comunque dice "printers ink", ovvero l'inchiostro usato per le stampe a pressione, con lastre di metallo.
Why not mask it first and save yourself the hassle
