Hello, and 1000 thanks for the video. It is being quite a while since I want to put small letters and draws on a zamac part of an object. So please could you tell me if I can use the letters on an ordinary piece of paper, and print it by putting it on the zamac part? Thank you in advance.
Sorry I haven’t got back to you. The Paper is just standard printer paper. A4. Nothing special. And the metal is just a mild steel. The metal can be anything.
Hello sir, how are you? please help me a little This is what you printed by applying liquid on it Picture or name of this liquid please tell me I am Pakistan
Hey Julie. Good question I’ve not tried myself so I can’t give you an answer unfortunately but I wouldn’t hesitate to think there may be a possibility it could still work using the same process 😃
What kind of ink is this? Just a normal inky fine tip pen? If so surely it could work with colours just maybe they aren't as vibrant as black will always be? It's essentially creating a stain I would think 🤔
The ink comes of the paper when the nail polish is applied. The drawing is done digitally and then printed of. For best results drawing using a vector software will transfer better lines.
the "ink" used in laser-jet printers is called toner and it is more of a plastic powder that is fused to the surface of the paper with a laser, the acetone reacts with the toner in a way that sort of chemically melts it and allows it to adhere to the metal surface and loosen it's grip on the acetone wet paper
@@jrfranklin8059 Not that it matters for this, but there is a bit of oil in nail polish remover, that can be a problem with other things. Cool videos by the way - thanks
@@jrfranklin8059 for real!? Damn I thought you couldn’t use regular paper. Hell yeah man thanks for this video, I’ve watched 4 others before this and none were helpful so thanks again
Please feel free to leave any video recommendations or queries Cheers :)

I was looking for a simpler way to transfer designs onto metal and I think yours is by far the fastest and easiest. Thank you for sharing!!
Cool man.👍
Thank you so much.
I was thinking of a method to transfer some designs on a steel surface. Luckily your video appeared as if magic. 🔥🔥🔥
Glad you enjoyed 👍
Thank you for posting this great informational video. Great job!
Very good: take care not to flood with solvent as the image can spread/smudge. And follow safety instructions on the bottle.

What paper you used
Its Just normal A4 paper :)
Work it on any kind of metal?
It should do 👍
What kind of ink is the transfer drawn in?
The ink comes of the paper when the nail polish is applied. The drawing is done digitally and then printed of. For best results drawing using a vector software will transfer better lines.
was it laser or inkjet printed? @@jrfranklin8059
I wonder why acetone can transfer ink from paper to metal, but the ink on the paper is not glue
the "ink" used in laser-jet printers is called toner and it is more of a plastic powder that is fused to the surface of the paper with a laser, the acetone reacts with the toner in a way that sort of chemically melts it and allows it to adhere to the metal surface and loosen it's grip on the acetone wet paper
What the liquid you are used?
It’s Acetone. But specifically in the video I used nail polish remover from a shop called Boots.
