Are you selling rooms for only one night? 😂 + OTA’s are including city taxes and registration fees (if you have any) into the rate. Unfortunately, nothing special and new. FYI OTA‘s may also round a number like 90.15 up, not just down.
Correct OTAs are required to include all fees based on the state laws the reservation is being made in. Not based on the state that the hotel is located. Most average revenue managers don't know this. Also, you are correct. the number would be rounded down if you use 90.15. Which is why I always use the .49 rule to avoid this problem.
