Let me correct and answer your question that it's acid surge not acid spray and it's located in painted world of ariamis. Then the next is black flame which is located in the oolacile town dungeon. This place is the dlc of dark souls. If I miss something make sure to correct me
I think pyromancy is like one of the best classes, purely because on how damaging and easily accessible it is.

It's not seen here with all of them, but the "Chaos" pyromances leave lava pools

Fire in dsr low key looks better than Ds3’s. Its just so much brighter and more colorful
It helps out in pve as well ! More visible hitboxes - especially Quelaag
DS1 is in many aspects more visually impressive then DS3, they goofed around and made DS3 too gray and washed out.
