I’ve had my P10S for a little over a year, love the gun, it’s just smooth and easy to handle. I have 2 carry guns, a Shield (now Plus) for Spring and Summer carry and this gun for Fall and Winter carry. I like the width of the Shield for easy, comfortable concealment with a T-shirt, just works well. The P10S is the perfect cooler/cold weather gun for me. I can easily carry a thicker gun but the number one reason... the trigger guard. Absolutely NO problems handling and manipulating this gun with gloves on. It just works.
Really liked your review. The P-10 S is one of my new favorites since purchase. I am a female with small hands and get a full grip; I also bought a few Hyve extensions and mags for 15 rounds and larger grip that fit perfectly.
This is the model my local gun shop has in stock . All the other reviews have the model with the top plate and night sights. So nice to see the review of this model, thanks.
By far my favorite guns. Once i shot the C, i was hooked. I have since changed out all of my Glocks for the P10 lines. All with red dots and Olights. Not any more reliable than Glock, just much better ergos and much nicer looking. CZ has a long history...
I did the same thing. Started with the P07. But once I got the P10C I knew it was home for me. It fit my hand so well. I shoot the P10C and S better than any pistols I've ever had.
So you got rid of your Glocks that have a track record of reliability for decades for a gun that hasn't been out for more then a few years and have no clue if it will be supported in the next 5 years? Um..... Ok 🤣
I have this exact same gun. I added a Henning grip extension which gave me an extra round. After putting in 200 rounds in it, the trigger has smooth out very well.
I have the C and i fricking fell in love with it. The only issue was the mag release was stiff like a virgin on her honeymoon. After about 300 rounds i noticed it started to loosen up. I must have about 3,000 rounds through it now and the mag release is much smoother. I then got the S and the only thing im not crazy about is the mag release on my S sticks out too much. I believe the maker tried a little to hard to make amends for the stiff mag release on the C. I have had the mag fall out a few times when i did not want it to. Other than that its a great pistol.
At least on the newer P10C, you don't have to eject the snap cap every time you cycle after dry fire if you only pull the slide back far enough to reset the trigger. I figured that out by trial and error. I presume this would work with the P10S, but I may be wrong. Wouldn't be the first time.
I often lament at what the Walther CCP could have been. With more attention and resources out of the gate and dedication by Walther to improve past the initial hick-ups of any new gun design, the CCP could have been a truly excellent compact handgun. It could have even expanded into a duty sized pistol. A really amazing firearm that like the P7 never received the support from the manufacturer.
Was thinking of buying the newest CCP, was $449.00, had sold my CCP original but couldn’t stand the tooled takedown. Instead, I found one of these in the used cabinet for $399.00, it’s a great gun.
I actually like all three fde, black, and od green.. probably in that order. I went with the od because I found a deal on mine, (new) for 469.99 no tax, 13.99 flat rate shipping
Solid video. CZ needs to step up production of the whole P10 line. I have been looking for a plate optioned C or F for over a year with no luck. I have not seen a C or F with threaded barrel and suppressor height sights either. In this market all offerings should come with a plate option at a minimum. You don’t have to use it, but it would be available. Pass on this one for me. I’ll keep my Sig P365 & P365 XL.
Thank you. Everything small and easily carried is near impossible to find right now, it took a year for me to find this one. It does seem to be getting better as I am starting to see things available that were not even a month ago.
I have one and I love the trigger, but I don’t trust in the safety system at all, what’s your opinion? If you pull the stricker and release it that “spring” safety won’t avoid the gun from fire it
I just inspect mine every time before reassembling it after cleaning to ensure the spring is in place. It is unlikely to get out of place during operation but it is easy to snag it while cleaning.
I own several CZ pistols and rifles they are great, but I think this size gun has been out done by Shield Plus, SA Hellcat, and Ruger Max9. Thin size and more magazine capacity may make these size pistols go the way of the CZ Rami.
@@jerrdog5568 no such thing as "too much." Maybe too much for you. Its personal preference. I prefer grease myself. But if anybody is running guns dry, they are going to have issues down the road.
I wish, before I die, that there could be more ads on RUclips. Maybe not have a show at all, just run ads for 15 or 20 minutes. Constipation, belly bloat, car warranty, toe fungus...
It'd rather just carry my G19 at that point. Less weight with more rounds, thinner. I remember trying to track down a P10S, just like I did with the P10C. CZ's production capacity sucks.
Also when yer shooting at the end the small target shots are hitting the target carrier….. as someone who looks after a range that’s just friggen rude. Those things are expensive and aren’t meant to be continually hit…..

Same with me, I have a Walther PPS M2 for summer carry and this is my fall/winter carry.

That CZ is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥. I rotate it with my Glock

I bought the P10 M and put the P10 S on layaway yesterday. Looking forward to getting it out. Great video review

Nice - thanks for the video
CZ pistol models are excellent modern combat handguns, second to none.
Great review . Thanks
Thank you.
Will you be doing a comparison between this and the G26? It would be interesting since your reviews are always very detailed.
Yes we will.

I can do this on my p10s

2024 MSRP down to $399. Recently picked up a compact model. Really nice shooter.
got the S and added a mag extender from HYVE.
Should I go with the P10s or the FN 509 compact?
What kind of gun oil do you use. Its definitely working.
Outers Nitro Solvent to clean and Super Lube 51010 oil.
I actually like all three fde, black, and od green.. probably in that order. I went with the od because I found a deal on mine, (new) for 469.99 no tax, 13.99 flat rate shipping
Good stuff
Can you get the older magazines notched to work with the new releases???

@WorkTheTrigger has sleeves for all of the P10s.
Will the CZ P10c slide work on this? My P10F slide ran great on my P10C frame. Thanks for the review.
Yes. It does work. Sticks out a good bit. But it works.

If you have a 3D printer you can design a mag sleeve for the CZ in Fusion 360 which ill be doing soon.
Please keep us updated!

You've got it super wet. Does it need to be that oily?
ALL guns should be well oiled. They are machines.
@@toynazi typically if oil is oozing out of the gun its too much

It's definitely over lubed, too much oil is not good. Someone needs to watch a couple videos on how to properly oil a semi auto pistol.
Hardly G26 size. No pistol line's sub-compact, that I know of, is nearly as small as the G26. They just can't seem to pull it off.
Yeah it's more in between a Glock 26 and a Glock 19. It's more similar sized to something like a Beretta APX Compact.
