What is the point of setting up a Zoom integration in GHL if it doesn't actually schedule anything in Zoom, and it doesn't actually include the Zoom link in the invite? I don't understand what the integration is actually doing. Like many things in GHL "some assembly is required" and "no instructions are provided". Without the automation that Leonardo has put together (thank you) the whole process falls apart. No link in the email, the ball gets dropped and the lead moves on.
Question: What if we have 1 calendar for a client to book a call but have multiple sales staff that could be assigned that call at the same time, depending on their availability? So "Joe" has a zoom at 3pm but "Jane" is still available to make a zoom appointment with. how do we have 1 calendar that clients can book through but multiple staff to coordinate with? Thanks!
so I got zoom integrated, I tried to test it and book a meeting, but meeting location still blank and doesn't seem to populate with a zoom meeting link. Is the automation steps required to populate this field?
