If you are planning to send text messages to US or Canadian phone numbers then the number you will be using to send those messages must be A2P Complient in order to be delivered. For countries that are not located inside the US/Canada, but are still wanting to send sms messaging to prospects in those countries, I would recomend setting up an american phone number and Registering their A2P Brand Registered as a Sole Proprieter. You should be able to go into their sub account settings, and purchase an American phone number, then go into your trust center and register their A2P as Sole Proprieter. For your marketing Agency, go into the sub account you use and submit your A2P Registration as a Sole Proprieter. Once you are approved you can then purchase a phone number; Then you will attach the A2P Registration to that phone number so you can start sending/ recieving sms messages. The A2P Registration will be attached to the phone numbers within a sub account, so you will not need to be A2P verified as the owner of Main Account in order for the sub accounts to make SMS campaigns and automations. Meaning that you will need to submitt the A2P Registration for your US clients within their subaccount, once approved you/ they will be able to purchase a phone number, then attach the A2P Registration to that number and then they can start sending/rcieving sms. @@prohero5580

The primary purpose of A2P registration is to comply with regulations and carrier requirements within the US and Canada. Without the intention to engage customers or users via SMS within these regions, your client would not be subjected to the same rules and verification processes. When submitting your A2P Campaign for the Sole Prop, make sure the website you are using has a Terms & Conditions Page and a Privacy Policy Page, and make sure all forms (if any) on the website contain a T&C opt-in box. For the LLC (because it does not have a website) I would recomend using a website that contains the advice mentioned above. In addition, if you try using your facebook lead forms as your opt-in type, it will most likely be rejected b/c it does not have the T&C Check box. For your landing pages, as long as they contan links to your Terms & Condition and Privacy policy page, you should be complient with current A2P requirements. I hope this helps! Hi, sorry for late response. I just now saw your message. The A2P is getting more strict, they now require the website you are using for your opt-in to have a privacy policy page and a terms and conditions page. If they gave you an error do to privacy policy issue, it is problably because the website you are using in your A2P registration does not have a privacy policy. Yes, Right now you can send sms while your toll free number is in the process of being verified. However, the amount you can send is limited to 2,00 message segments a day. 1 message segment is 160 charectors in length. On average I would say your likely to send 2 message segments per text. The 2,000 message segment limit also includes the texts you recieve from contacts. I'd estimate that you could send 500 to 1,000 text per day with that limit.
Hey Charles, does the phone number you are trying to use have a green message that says "A2P Verified" next to where is says "default number"? If your A2P Brand/Campaign has been approved and you do not see that message attached to your phone number, then you will need to link your A2P campaign to that number. You can do this by going into your phone settings and selecting the three dots on the right side. Then select: "Select A2P Campaign To Link" and link your A2P to your phone number. If this has already been done and you are still recieving the 30034 error, you will need to reach out to High Level Support and see if they can diagnose why you are still getting this error. Unlike A2P, your toll free registration will allow you to send sms messages from the toll free number while the registration is pending, but it will cap how much you can send. If you are planning to send text messages to US or Canadian phone numbers then the number you will be using to send those messages must be A2P Complient in order to be delivered.
