Alot of good stuff here. These young guys are all about hitting hard every shot. The harder you hit the ball, the longer it can stay in play if its not a pass or kill shot.
@@danielramirez9070 I agree with this too however, the guy is a low level player and trying to talk to him during the rally doesn't make sense to me unless its blatantly bad. Just play and then do film work after where you can slow it down and break it down so he can visualize and conceptualize it slower and correct it later.
How important is the grip and do you change grip depending on forehand versus backhand? In and do you change grip depending on forehand versus backhand? In tennis some people tend to change their grip frequently for serves forehand and backhand. Should we stick with one particular grip in racquetball like continental, Semi Western?
