its because he hides it and is so vague. it's so basic with joint venture and trade offs, that if you had a business and sat down with him. he'd point out the obvious but you already paid for it

Game Prey no it was due to the bank financing for 2/3rds. So the customer only had to put down 1/3rd ($100) but they own $300 worth of gold
