Just cuz you have a large closet doesn't mean you have to fill it up......become better "inventory managers".....this will bring you much more peace and joy.....
The clear Lazy Susan with the tall sides is really great for under the sink. It can hold all your soap and cleaner containers. You have to reach so far back that having something you turn helps with reaching everything easily.

LOVE that workshop! I am surprised you guys didn’t just live downstairs in the Airbnb house while the upstairs gets renovated. Of course it is hard to grasp your space needs with the Airbnb downstairs. Clearly the house you are moving into really has a nice set up for your needs. And if your landlord is smart, they will let Lauren paint those cabinets to give the kitchen a fresh, updated look
I heard a suggestion to at the beginning of the year face all your hangers to the back and as you wear stuff face the hangers forward. Then you will know at the end of a year what you don’t wear and can get rid of those things

If... landlord isn't pro painting kitchen cabinets....there is always removable contact paper type...just get a neutral design and....paint the contact paper...when moving out...just lift and toss....
The bathroom is called a Jack and Jill and is usually between 2 bedrooms, no access from hallway.
You guys are SO cute together ❤️ So happy you found a house you seem to really like. I agree that the kitchen cabinets would be so pretty in the green color! You are so lucky to have a set of Caraway pans! I am envious!! They are way outta my budget lol! FYI make sure you join some of the travel nurse sites and also the hiring companies that the nurses staff through so you can list your rental space! It would rent so quickly and most likely have a waiting list. If you went the route of offering it to travel nurses (or really any other medical professional) you could also use the upstairs ABNB as well. Just network those nursing sites and local hospitals so you can be sure to get your rentals out there. Retired nurse of 30 years here! Love your channels!

I've heard a lot of people have been disappointed by the Caraway pans and how quickly they stop being non stick and hold dirt/grime so maybe for the best you don't have them haha

Just as a heads up be careful with those Unstoppables, they can build up and really damage your washer over time and also the fabrics that you wash them with.

Even though very expensive I love the scent pebbles. I myself do not use as much as the directions suggest and still get a nice fresh scent and the bottle lasts longer. As for the Tide pods, I do not care for them because some times they did not completely dissolve and also a couple of time it stuck and somewhat dissolved on the garment and I couldn’t get it out after two more washings. May I suggest that you get yourselves some Joy Mangano hangers they will double the useable space of your closets. Plus they look so nice and your clothes won't fall off.
I have been debating getting velvet ones! maybe I will do a closet overhaul at one point and invest in them! 🤗

Hey I know your plates are full but …the orange Chairs that have faded you can put diluted fabric dye in a spray bottle to restore or vamp up the color. It won’t make it crusty like paint. Just dry them in the sun ☀️ and give them a nice brush out. Super easy with tremendous results 👍🏼 Let me know if you try it❤

Hey, have you thought about re-dyeing the comfy swivel chairs, or even painting the fabric? I have seen it done, but never by a professional furniture flipper! Would be a fun experiment.

If you guys are going to use that tile as backsplash in the kitchen again, be sure to 'offset' the tiles, one row half way underneath the row above it, instead of that direct filing system you used in the AirBNB.

Get a pot and pan rack to hang from the ceiling or wall. It's a ganechanger. We have smaller cabinets too. Good luck!
Really enjoyed this video. I think you will enjoy that 3 compartment laundry bin. I use that system and it is definitely a game changer. Basically you will never again have to sort through dirty laundry. The 3 room bathroom we used call a "jack and jill" back in the day. It is actually pretty convenient once you get used to it. I love Lazy Susan's. They are the work horses of storage in kitchens and beyond. Two tier LS saves space and would work in your standard size cabinets. You two are moving in the right direction. Thank you for sharing. Your father is really great on camera.
If you paint the kitchen do white on the top and Navy on bottom. Then do gold hardware! It would be chefs kiss!

We are also in the middle of a move, from a house we lived in for 15 years. We had no idea how much stuff we actually had accumulated and now have to box and move. Just looking at it is exhausting!

I'm currently in love with BM Kendall Charcoal for my lowers, and I think either White Dove or Simply White for the uppers; gold-toned hardware. And just leave the interior; I bet you'll like that wood better with a nice paint colour to set it off.

I didn't think anybody looked unhappy. I have followed these two from the beginning and love their story together. Can't we all just be positive and happy for them. And who doesn't have some debt really? And since she was smart enough to pay off her student loans. I doubt they're very deep in debt. They are very smart and hard working... Love them both
