I've used it with pretty bad results. It doesn't flow very good and when you push the tip in to get it wet, it comes out in large pools and really messes up your work. I didn't like them at all as they don't flow very well.
Can your tell us more about the project you have in mind? We might be able to advise you better if we know more details. Primer is better in almost any case
It is a decorative chrome, for use on scale models and some display items. Not something you want to actually use. Under the clear coat, this chrome will fade. If you're looking for something close to chrome - Createx Quicksilver 4104 is the best option. It can be clear coated. Molotow markers are popular because they are much easier to apply, but only for some display items.
You can't touch this stuff after it dries. There's no way you can run it through a dishwasher on a coffee cup. How long does it take to dry? I don't know for sure. I've had it set 3 weeks and it's still smudges with the slightest touch.
Funny thing is, you actually are not showing HOW to use them as your title says. You're just giving examples on what to use the pen for.

For rough surface, cover surface once and let dry for a day then do it again with a thick coat. Mirror everytime
Can you spray clean on it without fogging it? Meaning not dulling it..
You can use Createx 4050 clears which saves the shine better than direct application of solvent clear coat would, but it still changes the look.
Can I uses this on metal? Do I need to use primer first to make it last longer?

Good vid, how long should this stuff dry before you try and handle it? thanks.
Hello,
It dries pretty slowly. I'd give it an hour or two to settle.
Regardless of how long you leave it, you'll need to find a top coat that won't affect it, otherwise the oil from your fingers will dull it.
So it looks like a metallic silver sharpie?
How do you prepare the object you’re working on
Scale models need to be washed to remove the release agent and grease
It designed to be applied over finished product. Top coat or plastic
Paint with shiny chrome only when it is new. After some months it paints like transparent liquid. Won't waste my money again.😢
Yeah, this product is strictly decorative
Is there a clear coat for this stuff? It rubs right off

It takes a while to dry. Better apply it light. Not meant for dishwasher as far as I know.
How do you seal with Molotow? Im using on Ceramics.
Molotow chrome must be a top coat. If you seal it, it will fade, unfortunately.
@@SprayGunner I have to seal to protect. I have used on a coffee mug. Will it be ok to wash?
No chrome comes out of the tip for me
It's a pump marker. Push it down few times first to start the flow.
Could this be used for 40k minis?
if you don't clear coat on top of it - yes
sorry the music is drowning you out
🔥🔥🔥
Lousy! No instructions on how to USE the pen! Music too loud, voice garbled. Waste of time!
