Where would you put pan and brush?

Well, I'll have to say I'd put it in the good tier because it all comes down to the pan: either a short-handled one, meaning I'll have to bend down to scoop up dirt, or a long-handled one, meaning I don't have to bend, which results in less strain on my back. Another thing I'd like to mention is that I personally don't use the brush; I use the broom instead, because that's usually what I have next to me. Sooo if we combine a good old long-handled pan and a good old wooden broom, we will get a "good tier"! (I'm a human cleaning tool calculator ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) )
