Great info. I’ve been using a rack-able curl bar for skull crushers and going behind the head at a low incline very similar to what you’re doing in this video. Using the more narrow curves, this has felt great for me so far.

Blows my mind fakers of sophistication doing mental gymnastics get more views than Jason. He has results, good info and he lived the life he isn't just talking about some theory or some new trend lol

I have experienced i progress on the rear delt machine again and have break a plateu which i have since about 2 years, when i do 2sets of wide grip cable row before, which in theory make at first no sense because it should pre fatique my rear delts before but instead it potenciate my rear delt fly and i get a better muscle mind Connection

Im doing a 2 day split at the minute woth full body workouts thrown in. I feel interesting on the full body days, like something is being hit very differently. Would love to hear if you feel the same, possibly a video idea ??
