Dude I remember watching S1 when I was a snotty little tween back in the days and just a few hours ago I got a recommendation for episode one of S2, I cannot tell you how excited I was, the amount of nostalgia you caused to resurge in me was overwhelming, I’m so excited to see where the story goes next, props to you for making a great machinima! Same....he deserved to be more noticed and have a more honorable death along with Victor as well...he’s changed
He was infected and that was how the battle started so makes sense why not much attention was shown too his death unlike victor's death which was at the end of the battle
That fucking chemist just killed off David just like that?! How?! He was essentially the main character of this series.
@@Enderwave22the chemist either shot him with a virus bathed bullet, or shot him with a bullet that was regular but went for a lethal place that wasn’t the head. It’s likely the virus impregnated bullet

I understand that a lot of you aren't satisfied with the ending or character deaths that occurred but I really do feel like I learned a lot from this series and I won't make the same mistakes again. Be on the lookout for a new series this week that a lot of hard work and effort is being put into. Let's just say I'm going to take a break from this zombie stuff and trying something new :)
So sad for Victor!
I liked how there was a twist at the end and I was okay with most deaths. Except for David. He died too quickly, but I'm kind of okay with that.

Audio in this is Corrupted...... Once when the tank shows up, to the point Victor heads towards The Chemist, and once where The Chemist says "Release them" to the point where The Chemist and his Brother come face to face..... Rip any Dialogue during those corrupted portions.

I can't believe David went out like that! So many characters just suddenly die! Still best machinima I've ever seen and really good voice acting compared to most others. This whole series was amazing. Can't wait for season 2
T Nakanishi To be honest this episode was extremely rushed, and it's my fault. The REAL reason for David's death was because I realized he wasn't in the final battle scene or the one on the Island and I didn't have enough time because I had the October 12th deadline to make, so I killed him off :/ bad call, sorry. Won't ever happen again. Make sure to check out Spy-1! It's honestly my favorite over all my machinimas
KnightmareFilmz Haha honestly no worries I understand. It was just shocking, like I said extremely well done overall. I just kinda stumbled onto machinimas a few days ago and this series blew away anything ive seen so far, watched it all in one day haha. Keep up the good work man.

Killing of the main character like that was AMAZING, it was SUPRISING and QUICK!
Personally I liked how you strayed away from the whole "The protagonist is invincible" and the battle that followed afterwards was EPIC!
Its going to sound weird, but I like watching all the main characters die, it was really a new experience watching a character who you knew and loved (depending on who you are) just vanish from the story, really makes me even angrier at the chemist.

Serval. BULLCRAP David shoulduve lived he was a cool character I THInk the ending episode should be redone with david alive and victer biten but they keep him to find a cure.
You know, I agree with you, characters shouldn't be invincible in things like this, especially in war times. As an author you need to balance the power that you have, you know, 'how long should I keep this character alive' things. It was a necessary step in the story, the same thing happened in episode 1, remember? Did anyone complain there? No, so why complain now.
I think it was great but I kinda wish victor only died
Not everyone can die guns blazing or hounorable death like victor, sometimes people die by mistakes like Christian or unexpectedly like david. Thats why i like reaches campaign. Some chracters may die with heroic deaths, but like with emile and kat they die quickly and unexpectedly like any other soldier when spartens were showed as almost immortal to the public.
also im crying that the 2 ranger brother elites died especialy when the 2nt wonxsai made me cry more

When David died I was like wtf because he was like a pretty big part of the story and just killing him off like that kinda seems heartless

KnightmareFilmz Just wanted to say that I randomly found your running dead seriers and I wasn't sure if I should watch past number 1/6. I want you to know that I did and I am so greatful I have. The vo was terrible in the first episode but improved by leaps and bounds throughout. David and Victor dying was of great shock but lent credence to the Chemists insanity. A job very well done. I wish you great success in the future and will be patiently waiting for season 2.

I loved how you developed Victor and the Elites as characters. Victor was certainly an interesting character. I liked how he reminded me of Locus from Red vs Blue. I was especially touched with how the Elites came to view the humans as their comrades.

The only thing I didnt like was David's sudden and random death. There was no moment of mourning for a main character like that. It wasnt a plot twist it was a cheap death for such an important character. It could of been much better with more emotion feeling to it but nope, nothing. Just "oh he's dead, moving on". Bad writing to be honest. Other than that it was an awesome end to this series. Well done.
I agree I wish that the voice actors put a little more emotion into their reaction but they had no time to mourn, an army was waiting for them
KnightmareFilmz Don't get me wrong man I loved the whole episode. I just would have loved to have seen the other characters react to his death with more emotion like a scene after the battle with everyone mourning him and Victor. Just something to show that he meant something to them and not just another guy they survived with.

This series has impressed me in more ways than one. When I heard the title, I originally thought it was gonna be a parody of The Walking Dead. Having finally seen it, I've got to say the series has totally earned my admiration.

I think that David’s death which a lot of people disagree with the way it was executed, is actually very well done. It shows that no matter how much you love a person or how much they’ve done, there is not guarantee that they will live. It shows that in the apocalypse there is no safety. It shows that you must not fall to your emotions as other do in this new world because one slip up and you’re dead. I believe that they simply just had to carry on in the moment and grieve later for there was not room for error and any wrong move on their part would’ve let to more deaths.
