I agree with you on the hellcat. Shot my buddies hc and was not happy with it. The 43x was not too bad the more I shot it. Its my edc during the summer
Only reason I took the shroud off was for conceal carry purposes. It was printing real bad with the shroud on. Other than that. It was a solid protection for the dot. I would recomend keeping the shroud on. My slide dropped when I was cleaning it. Luckily it didnt fall on the dot. Next time i drop it on the dot would break the red dot.

It was the zafiri precision black nitride threaded barrel. I spent 135$ for it I believe when I uploaded this video. I think the price has gone up since now to $180. I remember it was on sale when I got it. But do check their site from time to time they drop in price during holidays or over the weekend
Yup. With the mos you dont have to upgrade the slide or buy a new one. Just take the red dot cover plate and mount the red dot of choice and you are good to go.
Im using the pegasus iwb holster. I had to dremel the end a little bit so the threaded barel would run through it. Its nice and compact holster for my edc.. 25 bucks at my local gun store
My 43x is 2 months old, never been shot and has rusted inside the barrel already from what IDK. My G17 Gen 3 is 6 or 7 years old and doesn't have blemish in it

I got it within 3 days. From zafiri precision. They usually have plenty in stock

Shoots real well. Zeroed to 25 yards. I was hitting steel out to 45 yards no issues for a tiny barrel
