I've waited 3 months for my new Duster and next week I will get it ! The adventure of my life awaits and the new car will carry me and my family for a long time ! I love this car so much !
I paid an advance for a Duster about 5 minutes before you published this video, insane! 😂 Most amazing confirmation of making a good decision, thanks! 💪
Hi, what's the estimated time of arrival these days? Also what trim did you choose?
Congrats 👌👏👏
@@Darkst3el They told me it should arrive mid to late july. (I'm in Croatia) I ordered extreme edition in lichen kaki colour, 4x4 version because I have a house in the mountains so I need it...
@@DusterCoolTravels Thank you! :)
I'm a proud and happy owner of the Duster SL Extreme '23 (post-facelift) Tce 150 4x4 manual. It looks both sporty and elegant, I have it in Urban Grey colour. I'm already planning trips to Nordkapp, Iceland, Provence, Czechia, Tunisia! It drives great in the city, on highways, can't wait to test it off-road! It has everthing I need and will need in the future, I hope to have it for a long time. I love my Duster! :)
Ordered mine in July last year in France, still don't have it... I fcking can't wait !
I have an 1.6 SCE Dacia duster 2, ( No facelift ). i had only one problem, my driver seat frame worn-out, and they gave me a new one, because they said, this is a type specific problem.
Other than this, 0 problems. It is a lovely car. Some old people say, its just a "Dacia". They think its like the old 1310, until they drive my Duster. Actually i Cant say anything bad about it !
My seat frame did the same ,a common problem.
Hello everybody,
There is a video (Paris Motorshow 2022) with Denis le Vot, general director of Dacia. He confirms that the new Duster will be introduced in the second half of 2024 (press presentation around April 2024). I think we can expect end of 2024.
As you say, the 1.5 dCi will not be available on the Duster 3. The 1.3 TCe will also be stopped (shame, very good engine too). The 1.0 litre will continue with LPG. The new engine will be a 3 cylindre 1.2 TCe Hybrid (same as Austral - 130 HP - 230 Nm). But 4wd will still be available.
I consider buying a Duster 2 Phase 3 (current one) in January 2024 (in Belgium, best deals because of Brussels motorshow...).
I do not need 4wd, so it would be front wheel drive.
Bought a 1.3 Tce journey today 1/ 5 / 23 giving me the one in the showroom , salesman says it leaves him without a showroom car but that is probably sales patter, pick it up on 17 / 5 / 23 😊
I have the first series, 1.5 dCi, 4x4, and I'm very Happy! :)
Hello Suceava. I Ordered in January 2024 Extreme TCE150 4x4.....Can not wait. Still about 5-6 week to go. Hopefully will come asap.
I totally, really totally and wholeheartedly, agree with each and every argument you have pointed out in favor of Duster2 (I drive the same but 2018 model, without even the AdBlue, hence a bit simpler technology). The only confusing is the finishing one ("I will buy the 3rd generation no matter what. And I hope it will arrive in maximum 2 months, will be good for off roading and not that thirsty:))" .....well, I see no logic in that...other than "no matter what"....which is not really logical 🤨...actually it contradicts all the forementioned in favor of today's Duster2. In my case, I hope I will be able to reach really high mileage on mine (now at 135000km) and keep it functional as long as possible....who knows, I am now 63, maybe me and my Duster will age together for some years to come😁
Exactly what I was thinking, it doesn't make sense...
Funny how the Dusters that were purchased new 3 years ago are getting sold for the Same price if not more than the cost 3 years ago for d first owner 😂
In Malta the 4x4 version comes only in manual transmission. If it wasn't the case i would have ordered one
it's same everywhere, you can not order the automatic transmission and 4x4 as the EDC does not support it :(
Unfortunately the adjustment of EDC to Offroad conditions would be too expensive for Dacia for offer it. Therefore only the manual with short first gear which is great. Honestly I have no idea if you actually need 4x4...I personaly ordered one of the last extreme 4x4 1,33 TCE. My reasons are very specific and I could reasonable justify my choose. If you really need Offroad then I recommand you to go for the 4x4....doesn't matter which engine. They say Diesel Diesel but honestly I saw diesel used in short tracks....would not do this but I have my specifics whre to use the car therefor Diesel is not an option for me.
En marzo me entregan un Duster journey 1.5 blue dci 4x2 en color negro, espectacular !! 🤟🤟🤟
Congrats 👌🤝
Put in the order for my Duster Extreme last week, and estimated wait time is 6-7 months (contract says 180 working days, so 9 months)... I guess demand is too high.
I have been waiting for 4 months now it should arrive by end of month can't wait
I ordered a 4x4 dci extreme and hope to get it in the three weeks.
My journal 4x4 diesel will arrive in June. Hopefully
Los faros son led solo los de día, o ls luces de cruce tambien son led?
Full led?
Sun roof should be in reanualt/dacia
I bought a Duster in 2022 Eco fuel with 100hp but for towing a caravan it isn't great but I will order one of these days a new duster 4x4 but don't know which engine to take. The 115 dci awd or the 1.3 tce with 150hp. It must be a 4x4 because they may tow 1500kg. Suggestions/advice is welcome. thx
Ps: Meanwhile I ordered the duster 4x4 115pk diesel. Can't wait
for towing a big Caravans I would go for DCI. Consumption on TCE wit only minicamper will rise up to 8 liters If you are driving calmly and only on asphalt....a little bit of other terrain....you are light over 10.....with camper over 1000KG.....be aware
@@jaroslavsimon8100 meanwhile I have my duster 4x4 Tce 150hp. The fuel consumption with a caravan will be higher than the fuel consumption of a diesel. That's true for the few times I pull a caravan. So be it. 😉
@@wimperelly Hey...maybe you could share your caravan pulling experience here with us. Handling, consumption
@@jaroslavsimon8100 I will do from the moment I've pulled my caravan. I just have the duster for a week. First make 1
2000-2500 km's on it. Just to get used to the engine and the engine getting used to me 😊
Than I will pull the caravan for sure. I expect 12-13lit/100km consumption pulling the caravan. Everything less will be seen as a bonus. And if it is more. So be it. But for now, I love the Tce 150hp 4x4. Same châssis, same everything as the duster lpg but at the same time a whole different vehicle.
@@wimperelly The rear axle is multi-link, you don't have that in 4x2 LPG. In terms of consumption, with MINK, the Duster moved in the mountains at around 10 liters, so you'll see. Anyway, TCE is my choice... have a good ride
Of course diesel is going out of production. Many countries in West-Europe are banning diesel a lot faster than petrol. People who still own diesel, have to pay more and more taxes or even buy passes to be able enter some cities with their cars (because of enviromental rules). For this alone I'd argue to not buy diesel anymore.
If I remember correctly, 90% of Dacia cars are exported to West-Europe. If these countries won't buy diesel anymore, there will be no point for Dacia to continue making them.
And the Eco-G engine with liquid gas is not good?
100 HP... Depinde ce pretenții ai
It's good....depends on your expectations from this car.
Hab ich doch schon.
Ппц. Как без дизеля-то жить? Дизельные дастеры творят чудеса на бездорожье
А что ты будешь делать на бездорожье без полного привода?
Ordering mine by the end of the week 😅
As far as I know, currently, if you want a 4x4 Duster, there is still no option for an automatic transmission - and this is a dealbreaker for me. I want a 4x4 with automatic transmission. Until Dacia starts producing such an SUV, I can only check periodically for it, but I can't buy any Duster.
Can’t you drive manual transmission?
@@DusterCoolTravels No, I cannot and I do not want and I do not see the point of a manual transmission nowadays anymore.
@@cucurucu753 you have a point. But I think the automatic 4x4 duster will not be available too soon.
But this isn't logical. Isn't the point of a 4x4 be to have more control in off-road terrain? While an automatic can give more efficiency, it definitely leaves you with less control. On top of that, Dacia's automatic isn't exactly known for being so great.
@@El_Sombrero_Belga I have a Toyota RAV4 hybrid and I never needed a manual transmission for "more" control. Besides, all the cars I had (all automatic) allowed me to limit the gear if I needed it, but I did not. Also my car has some settings for different road surfaces that I could use, however the computer assisted AWD-I (AWD with Inteligence) it was always clever enough for me so that I never needed manual transmission.
Salutare!
100% correct
Just got mine. Top speed only 174 km/h. Shiuld be 193
:D:D Take it out of the road...then you will see what this car was made for
@jaroslavsimon8100 it isnt a 4x4 but i have driven it through the mud already, it handles pretty well lol. Just love the 1.3L engine in it. But it deserves a 2.0L
Yeah@@WorivpuqloDMogh it deserves but be thankfull for 1.33 also. god doesn't know how long this green bull.....s..h..it will take.
@jaroslavsimon8100 yeah it is a decent engine should have no issues till 300.000 kms.
Same here man. Not to mention those speed limiters. I always go to germany to have some fun on the autobahn
The 150hp 4wd no good?!!
It’s very good, but it won’t be available on the next gen duster .
@@DusterCoolTravels my idea is getting a grey one 150 4wd now. And Order another one in November or so Form my mother to drive - i Imagine that to be a solid Investment as i believe those Cars are gonna hold price pretty Good. What do you think about that Plan?
