Thank you for the video. What if I have big teeth and the sonicare doesn’t cover the whole teeth when held at the gum line? Should I still move up and down from the gum line to brush the whole surface?
But if I'm touching most of the bristles to the gumline, what about the tops of the teeth? When do those get brushed? Not the chewing surfaces, just the tops of the inner and outer.
It's a miracle that I am healthy today. So I have been brushing my teeth the wrong way my entire life? WOW!!! I got an electric toothbrush and just brushed normally. Thanks for the info!

Do you brush "up and down" the outside of the teeth or "side to side"? Various videos show both techniques but fail to distinguish between them!
@halz up and down is better. But I suggest an electric toothbrush and just hold still!

ShankyDizzle turn the brush vertically to get the back and make sure you get by the gums!
