This abs workout is going to give you an intense burn! It is going to target your upper and lower abs to get you that toned stomach. If you want those nice ab lines (11 line abs) then this workout is perfect for you 😁 10 min is all you need. It is perfect as a finisher or if you just want a quick abs workout.
