dude you are amazing. your videos have helped me with my GX several times over the past few months. appreciate the content. also, I'm in SoCal as well, hopefully I'll see you on the trails out here sometime!
Thanks! Yeah I’m still trying to determine the best vinyl wrap for this GX. (Kinda stuck between doing a Prado style silver or a darker grey/black) we did black for my wife’s GX already and it turned out pretty awesome. ruclips.net/video/0tpUrvC84CA/видео.html
Hey man, youre content is awesome! Just bought an 04 gx in Virginia, your videos really helped. How are those lfd bars holding up with your tent? Looks like the best solution to get my tent reinstalled quickly and cheaply.
Awesome! 👏 LFD bars are holding up just fine. I’ll be upgrading soon though just because I want a full rack setup to mount accessories like awnings to the side of the rig, etc. but I have no problem recommending the LFD bars as a cheap and effective solution.
@@lexus_offroad_adventures thanks for info man. Full rack is the move but I bought the gx yesterday lol. Gotta go cheap for a few months. Great channel, keep it up ✌
That circular switch is from a Baja Designs wire harness I didn’t end up using since I wired my Baja Designs fog lights to work with the factory switch on the stalk behind the steering wheel. It kinda looks like this one (but keep in mind I haven’t bought this particular product, just saying it looks similar): Nilight - NI -WA 06 LED Light Bar Wiring Harness Kit - 2 Leads 12V On Off Switch Power Relay Blade Fuse for Off Road Lights LED Work Light, 2 Years Warranty www.amazon.com/dp/B071ZPX32N/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_GQ6E43PKWJCTF28S46JK?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Does every light bar and pair of ditch lights all run a separate relay? Always been curious about it because I’ve only installed ditch lights so far. Don’t know how it goes when you keep adding on more lights
Lol if you’re like me, each set of LEDs has its own harness/switch/relay setup. However, since I installed my fog LEDs into the factory circuit, I use the cars’ fuse/relay setup for those ones. There are some switch panels that allow you to run multiple sets of LEDs thru a single panel. That cleans things up if you run a lot of them. So far I only have the light bar+ditch lights but if I add more I’ll get a switch panel.
Check the description for the links to these awesome LED pods!

Thanks! I appreciate that feedback more than you know. Hope to see you out there as well!
Awesome bro!! i may try that
Man, those look amazing! Another great upgrade. Do you ever think you’ll do a wood delete?

Here’s how I wired up the fogs to work with the factory switch ruclips.net/video/nJ0B6b36jzw/видео.html
Note this only enables the fogs to work while headlights are on.
Where in CA are you? I'm in OC.

Don’t really like the look of having lights up there but nice install.
Yeah not the best look I agree but it’s nice to have lights covering all sides of the trail
