My older cousin is a digital artist and she uses Clip Studio Paint and she was kind enough to let me use it as a review. I got comfortable easily and it even has an animation tab which is so cool.
It seems like you need a new computer. But great video! I've recently started using CSP from using Photoshop and I love it! The time lapse feature is amazing! Also, the fact that you can now import photoshop brushes is very useful!
