Here is my advice for rolling up your sleeves: The Forearm Roll which is just unbuttoning your sleeve and turning the sleeve just once. The second roll is the Basic Roll which you roll up the sleeve three turns and to me, that is much better than the Afa or Forearm Roll because it's neater and much more attractive than the first one. The third roll is the Master Roll in which you roll up the sleeve right to the tip of the elbow and its better than the first two because you now look more attractive and ready to party. The last roll is the HIgh Roll in which you roll up your sleeves above the elbow to either tee shirt height or to your biceps. To me, this is the best roll for men who really want to show off their muscles or they want to find someone who likes their arms period. I hope that you liked this article and I hope that you have now fully understood what I have tried to state.

I would kinda like to know your opinion on Dry Clean vs washing dress shirts yourself. I work a 9-5 too and I admit my shirts are starting to look flimsy. Not too crisp. And I obviously wash them at my house and dry them all the way. I have the money for dry cleaning but haven't really ever thought about it

undershirts are essential if you're wearing a shirt. get a V-cut undershirt, it makes sure swet wont show trough spots on the shirt, but if u need it to stop armpit sweat, there are options like "the tomson tee" which is like a tshirt undershirt, and it absorbs all sweat.
