I have a condition that will cause my esophagus to constrict. When this happens I cannot swallow the seaweed wraps therefore, making it difficult to enjoy sushi. I found using these soy wraps, I am able to enjoy sushi again. Arigato!

My local sushi spot calls this the super duper roll. They do it with shrimp and spicy kani, instead of lobster and spicy tuna, but its still so good! They also toss some mango in there too for sweetness. Top it with mango reduction and eel sauce. Awesome roll of sushi

Cut the green onion with an angle not straight. Then put the cut onion under running water with a strainer until juices are gone. After you dry them it will curl. 😁
