    About Master Sushi Chef Hiroyuki Terada:
    Master Sushi Chef Hiroyuki Terada is one of the top Japanese Chefs in the entire world and the most popular Japanese chef on RUclips.
    At age 10, Terada learned the basics of sushi from his father and then went on to attend RKC Chef's School in Kochi, Japan from 1987-1989. He soon earned a nickname for his fast knife, attention to detail, divine presentation and ability to create new dishes and accents based on traditional Japanese cuisine. After graduating RKC Chef School, he was called to serve under Master Chef Kondo at Yuzuan restaurant in Kochi, Japan from 1989-1992. Mr. Kondo is the master of Kansai style cooking, considered to be the high-end of Japanese cuisine. Terada earned the title Master Sushi Chef by becoming the standing head sushi chef & can serve Fugu (Japan Licensed) to the public.

    Chef Hiroyuki Terada is using the Minonokuni Matsu-1573 210mm Yanagi. Super Blue Steel. Can also be used for breaking down whole fish and chickens. But normally for slicing, sashimi, vegetables, meat etc.. This is Chef Hiro's custom specked knife.

    Simply amazing!! Good Afternoon Chef Terada. I look forward to receiving my smokeless grill I ordered from Amazon! These meals you are preparing I can't wait to try myself. The tempura mix came today so that's just in time. I also just ordered a new wok I'm seasoning it as we speak. LOL

The meat looked great, the Lobster Tempura looked mouth-watering and I can't even imagine the truffle rice.     Hmm, i use thyme and garlic a lot with roast chicken and especially roast pork. Sage, onion and majoram are also good!

    The main sushi restaurant that I go to makes a roll with pink soy paper...that is called Angry Dragon roll. It has the lobster and all of the same ingrediants...the roll cost 14 It is amazing.

    It was daylight in the beginning then all the sudden very dark :O did it take that long to make! If so, makes sense the roll looked amazing!

    Holy avocado. Maybe you should have put cream cheese inside of since you're adding so much avocado on top. Gives it a more complex flavor.

    Good afternoon.
    Was the rice for the Lobster Tempura pre-prepared and just pulled out of the fridge?
    I think that sushi rice preparation is maybe the most important part of the sushi making, and every small detail about it should be presented, I don't want the key part to sneak out in front of my eyes :)
