@@Enmanuel-1c Typically salmon is safe to eat raw if it says it was farmed on the packaging, and smells very neutral. You can eat wild salmon if it has been frozen for a while and smells pretty neutral when defrosted too

Also I put eel sauce and Japanese mayo and sriracha mix on top. It was soooooooo good!!! Thank you for the idea and recipe.

Man that is a roll of solid sea goodness. Never find that in a restaurant due to cost but we can do at home. You have the cameraman voice. Casting couch video idea was hilarious! Those of us who have followed for a long time know a bit more about the cameraman. He even appears on RUclips if you know where to look!

Great to see this skilled chef at work, with some brilliant preparation of this amazing roll. I think it would work out a bit costly to make for me and I dread to think how much the restaurant would charge for this roll… About the clip: I would suggest, when editing the recording, to leave out some of the repetitive work. For example, watching the chef prepare four shrimps and removing the skin of a piece of salmon was a bit of a drag for me. Thanks for the clip! 😊

insanerikki Well, I grew up in Japan and exposed myself into ACTUAL sushi chefs and restaurants. Although I haven’t tried this particular one, it’s more than obvious that what you desperately want to eat is piece of yesterday garbage. Maybe not so obvious for foreigners to know what I mean because of Americanized so-called sushi is the only option and lack of education.
Hiro. I just got to Tokyo. Staying at a hotel in shibuya. Eating plenty Japanese sushi. I mentioned you multiple times when I talk about sushi. Just love it.
