May I ask what you mixed the flour with? It looked like just the powder at first, but then it looked like a liquid. Also is there audio to this video? I noticed it cuts mostly out and in just a few times.

It’s Saran Wrap and hard to cut into tiny bits since I’m making a straight cut but I get it. It’s optional and not required.

You can rub lime or lemon juice or vinegar to keep the avocado from browning.

Nishiki Premium grade rice (medium grain)
whats the point of imattation crab? do we even need it.. why use fake crab at all?
You can do without if you prefer. Imitation crab is used widely in sushi dishes.

Every time I add rice wine vinegar to my sushi rice it taste awful. It taste nothing like the rice in restaurants.
Maybe add few drops if it’s too strong for you.
