BJJ GJJ White Belt Series 1 Worst Position Ever Escape (Back Escape Face Down)

Have you ever been stuck in the position I call "The Worst Position Ever" where your opponent has taken your back, put his hooks in, and has your face-down on the mat? This is the very first positional escape I teach ALL my new students. I even taught a black belt this technique last week! Getting out of this most unpleasant position is actually pretty easy and straightforward... IF you know what to do. Thank you! My coach wanted to do a self defense night recently, which was a little awkward because I’m the only lady and he directed a lot of it at me. He asked about situations I had been in and had questions about, so that we could drill applicable moves, and this is a similar position to one I was caught in in real life. He pretty much just said not to end up in that situation... so, it is nice finding a video on how to escape if. Obviously I didn’t end up in that situation on purpose and self defense usually doesn’t involve ideal scenarios.

ok so im 62 kg and the guy ontop is 100kg , um how do i even get the leg out , then shrimping flexing up seems impossible. as when i kick they follow and the weight is to heavy on the spine . now what ?
