    Two phenomenal options to escape the back that work together. Escape the arm under side or the arm over side. I will add these into my escapes tool box.

    At 3:48 when he explains dropping his leg. Couldn’t your opponent just lock in the body triangle? Instead of just letting you get your hips free.

      yes. but I think it's a matter of escaping your leg and then sitting on top of your opponent's bottom leg immediatedly before he can lock a body triangle.

    great technique but doesn't the attacker nearly always figure4 your legs so you can't leg escape?
