The caddy idea for the detached canister is brilliant. I just ordered a shark, and your caddy idea will help greatly, as I don't have much stregnth anymore and didn't want a stick. Especially with the amount of dirt, dust and pet hair! Your cat is a beauty! I appreciate your demo, espcially on hard floors, which is what I have.
I want that vacuum! I watched this thing and rewound parts of it because it is so AWESOME!! I'm just going to buy this vacuum and see about NEVER needing to wash my clothes again! OH MY GOODNESS -- the amount of STUFF that came from the vacuum is ASTONISHING! Yeah -- I love the lights, too. I'm going to BUY it!!
Shark vacuums are disposable and can not be repair and any vacuum shop because Shark doesn’t supply any replacement parts under warranty unlike Dyson warranty in which you can send them to repair center and they have replacement parts in stock.
😂 Must be a lot of Dyson fans in here. I have owned two of Dyson and they weren’t that great. Thought I’d give this a try. II am looking forward to getting it next week.
How is it working on the carpet for you? I saw a different video where a guy just vacuumed with this one and went over with a 20 something year old vacuum which is the type I have and the old one got a lot out of just a small area that this missed. I would like to buy one and retire my old Fantom (which is my vacuum), but I don't know if I should if it won't clean carpets as well.
The smaller head would be great for vacuuming out cars too. Funny as I'm typing this after the video...a Dyson ad is playing 🤣👍 Great job. I mailed you a sticker and magnet 😎
Ooooh that is so cool! I'm looking forward to receiving them! That is pretty funny about the ad 😆. I have a good test for the car that I'll probably do a RUclips short video with.
Hi Rachel. My name is Ray. I’m totally blind. I just saw your wonderful shark review. I couldn’t say so, pardon me for asking. What are you barefooted during any of that test? I am seriously considering the cordless version of that vacuum cleaner. I just don’t want to deal with the court issue. Thanks.
Great review! I can’t believe that vacuum picked up so much even after you used a Dyson. It really makes me want to purchase it but that left handed cord thing would probably driving nuts. Really smart idea too and using the canister on the rollaround. I’m wondering if this vacuum comes with hearing protection? Lol
Great review. Def something I need to consider. My Dyson isn’t the greatest at "sucking up the hair", it seems to just want to clump around the base of the vacuum
@@RachelinRealLife Pet hair drives me nuts. My son has a great pyrnese, which sheds non stop and tracks the yard inside! My Hoover finally died, as it was old and couldn't cope!
I just watched a review from a vacuum tech who complained about virtually everything shark does. I have a navigator going on 10+ years with minimal issues. If you really prefer using it in lift away mode, have you considered just using a canister vac instead of an upright? Maybe canister vacs don't have any brushing on the floor and just depend on vacuum.
The unit was so dirty, it BROKE the Dyson?! 😮 This new cleaner is very impressive, especially the cord length. Another accessory they should consider: EARPLUGS! 😉
Please save your receipt! Sharks have a tendency to break and then be unrepairable. Shark excludes the head, hose, handle, and wand from their warranty coverage as a normal wear parts.
@@FishyFun57 Shark's warranty only covers the motor inside the main canister. If you have mostly hard floors I'd recommend you check out a canister vacuum like the Miele C1 or Sebo K2. You don't need to make a cart for your vacuum there are already vacuums that are designed that way. You also get an automatic cord rewinder on most canister vacuums and tool storage or tool clips too.
I get a headache when I see one of these ads. That show you what some others can't do. For example a supposed other vacuum shoots out dust, everywhere. Then they use their vacuum. But, don't do the exact process they did with the 1st vacuum. I personally have never, seen or heard of a product, to do exactly what these sales people say it will do. But, they are making money if they can get you to buy one. They kinda remind me of politicians. Instead of selling themselves they're selling a product. That all I got to say.

Dyson has a superb warranty. Best I have used

It works great! I don't think vacuums will ever be what they were though.

Didn't you hear me yelling, "Don't do that!" when you vacuumed up the screws! LOL...Enjoying your videos, Lois

Yes, let's go with this place was so dirty, it broke my Dyson. That and the foot lever plastic reached is limit😆. Totally agree on the ear plugs!
Any updates? Do you still love it? I want to know how it held up!
I absolutely love it! Still! A vacuum at a car wash can't even pick up dog hair like this. Vacuum can. Highly recommend!!

So what does the 5 year warrenty cover? I will be registering my vac with Shark when it arrives. A person has the option.

If u took your dyson to a vacuum maintenance store, u probably would have still been using your poor dyson.
Sharks do not last 14 years
