I do agree with this point but I wonder why my blood sugar always spikes too high with fruits even I'm totally following low fat whole food 🤔
0:45 People are misinformed.
Fiber is a key component too blunting sugar spikes!
carbohydrates start breaking down into sugar within seconds in some cases, where it begins in the mouth, with the enzymes in your saliva. instead of all these copes about blunting blood sugar spikes, why don't you just opt out of blood sugar spikes entirely by fuelling your body with the fuel that practically doesn't raise it at all? seems like a no brainer, especially to diabetics. my house has a dual fuel system. if there was a problem with the gas, i would just use electric. if there was a problem with the electric, i would just use gas. i guess I'm just a flexible, practical person.
Its not what we know, its what people like yourself have been telling everyone. Its hard to figure out who to believe anymore.
That’s when you have to experiment and decide for yourself how u feel, tune in anything u out in your mouth. I’m surrounded by keto fanatics and I’m type O. However I feel so much better and rarely have any cravings when I eat mostly raw plant based. Incorporate sardines once a week or whenever I feel I might need “protein”. But usually a juiced power greens or even an orange fixes it. And I feel good for longer. But every body is different at different stages in life.
Totally agree! But…. Still find my blood sugars rising with all the amazing fruit I eat! 🤔
Don't worry about sugar, eat food that makes you feel better overall after eating
It's supposed to spike..... but it's not supposed to stay spiked
