    This video demonstrates the correct Hand Form and Footwork of the Tiger Claw (Fu Jow or Hu Jow) as practiced in the sets. It develops the hands, coiling and uncoiling powers, and the legs.

    How to right the kuen in Chinese

      Aloha. I'm guessing you want the Chinese Character for "Fist" as used in Chinese Boxing. "Kuen" can also be replaced with "Quan" or "Chuan", "Kuen" being Cantonese. This link shows the Chinese Character: www.chinese-word.com/data/1873.html
