    Joe Burrow is amazing. We see great QBs like TB12 get a bit of pressure is their face and they become a shell of themselves. Joe got sacked 9 times, in the season after a torn ACL, and he never faltered. This man was told to refuse to play for the Bengals and try to force his way to a better team. He did not. Instead he brings them to the conference championship game for the first time in the lifetimes of most of these players. People like to say that they dont know what "it" is, but you know it when you see it. I think we can all agree that we are seeing "it" with Joe Burrow.

      No matter what, politics is in sports. It can be ignored or glossed over but it's affected by the political world. I assume what you're saying is that you'd rather that no one acknowledged that. I suppose that's your call, it's not what I want; but it's not the same as saying that someone single-handedly imported politics where they didn't exist. I mean just this weekend the politics are everywhere as you watch: the covid policies governing the players and fans. The huge financial interests at stake and the politics of rich and poor watching them. The racial aspect of a sport that has a far greater representation of African-Americans than the general public. The climate change politics of the outdoor games. The national anthem. The politics of concussions and player health. I get that it's all kind of dreary, but it doesn't go away if we pretend it doesn't exist. Peace.

      No need to change the rules, then teams will play for ot instead of trying to win in reg. Football is a game of three facets. When you score with 13 seconds remaining and give up a field goal. You deserve to lose. Defense is just as important as offense and no way they give up a score with 13 seconds left.

    Wasn't Zuerlein's kick against the Saints in the 2018 NFCCG longer? 57 yards I think.

    Ben went to the superbowl and the steelers won it in his second season in Pittsburgh, Rich. Lets see if Burrow can get to the big show and win.

    It pains me to say this as a Jets fan but Josh Allen is the best NFL Quarterback not named Mahomes and it’s not even close.

    This guy Rich, always cracks me me up with his deadpan delivery. He talks about the game of football I like it's some sort of intellectual enterprise, rather than a boys game played by grown men making millions for themselves and billions for team owners and corporate networks. It's just entertainment. Bread and circus for the masses. Does not require deep thought and pontification. He needs to come off the high horse. If he wasn't talking about football I wonder what else would he be talking about in such a serious and stentorious tone. Just a personal observation from the wilderness.

    AS fans of different teams .. .we can all agree. I'm a Bears fan and that even beat the Packers loss.

    Totally agree if you’re writing a mystery suspense thriller novel or film script , all the four games merited into the category. I liked the lowest score of the Niners and Packers was a rare way to win without an offensive touchdown;

    I am so mad at the packers for letting them put a skinny guy as the longsnapper against a hippopotamus of a human nose tackle. The dude drive him back like a shopping cart and blocked the punt.

    For my money Bills/Chiefs was the 6th greatest NFL game ever.
    As in the 2019 list:
    #1 Greatest Game Ever Played (1958)
    #2 The Catch (1982)
    #3 Ice Bowl (1967)
    #4 Epic in Miami (1982)
    #5 Super Bowl XLII (2008)
