Thanks for this video. Love the terminus helmet design too!
Just purchased the white-colored version of that Shoei helmet a few days ago. Thanks for suggesting the scissor cut. I thought I was going to have to settle having the wires taped to the neck liner (it didn't look bad) as I was not able to figure out how to keep the wires from getting pinched. It's my first premium helmet and having to do anything like cutting something made me uncomfortable but this was simple, painless, and worked like a charm. It's this small detail that is not mentioned in other videos I have come across that makes a huge difference! My Sena 10S looks great on mine. So thank you for sharing!
Kristen really likes her RF1200. I've seen that white one in person and it looks sweet. Glad the video helped you. Ride safe and have fun!
Hey did ya know that the shoei has pockets for the speakers? Might make it roomier for the ears if you pull those pads out you Velcro the speakers too
Yea. In the case of her setup, it worked best just to velcro them directly to the liner. She's been happy with it.
Unfortunately, the speaker pockets are a little too small to accommodate the larger speakers from my Sena 10S and the 20S. I also velcro'd them directly to the liner and it has been non-obtrusive to my ears.
i have a RF1200 and GT air, and those already have pockets for the speakers!! unfortunately i got the 10s and the speakers are little to big for the holes!! for my GT air im gonna buy the SMH10 for perfect fit !!
I am not able to get my cheek pad back in even with the notch for the cables. How did you get that done?
Just popped it over the tabs.
