Ok thanks. From what I've seen so far that decent. A bit rich for my blood . We're in chelem right now. My mom and 2 friends have a place 1 street back from beach plunge pool 12000 a month for 6 month rental. So that's pretty good for 3 old ladies to share . 400 per. Ac . Internet. Hotwater .beautiful yard. It's probably exceptional. 20 min walk to town is manageable
How's the power situation I hear by several people it goes out regularly for long periods Why we chose not move to that area We are actually in Chicxulub 2 blocks From the beach 3 bedroom 2 bathroom nice big pool beautiful closed carport $17.500 pesos
