I'm just wondering how many days it took him to write his more than 60-page affidavit. Let's hope these politicians that's implicated will join him soon.
@sizakeletwala8033 That's a lot. I bet he started with the finest details of all events that happened, how the money was distributed, and even when they had a R4000 braai and booze for gathering. Pauli Van Wyk was waiting for them to take her to court until today, so that also want to say a lot about this case.
Will he live 400+yrs?? What's the point in such a sentence??? Although he will be imprisoned for life., all his properties SHUD be sold to make him pay for whatche did. It must be tax payers.momey, hence all that money + penalties shud be given back to that back itself., rather than letting all this go to his family/friends!! I wish ALL the countries (not just Africa) impose this all over the world, to protect the tax payers money n the further burden if increasing taxes!
The sentence is inappropriate unadequate unfair unconstitutional, so this hiigh profile case must apply to all citizens of South Africa 🇿🇦 as well , however this is a major concern to all mafia gang members to attact innocent people my opinion once a high profile case is committed bail is apposed and long term sentence
15 years for 33 cases/counts , so it's 495 years. He had a deal with the government to write an Affidavit and as an agreement sentence of 33 cases, will run concurrently
@@fhatuwaniR"15 years for 33 Cases , so it's 495 years" FACT is he cannot be in jail for 495 years so why even mention it or are they doing it on purpose?
@@nedor64he took a plea deal, he’ll serve a reduced sentence of 15years, of the 495years. Part of the deal is to bring others down with him as a state witness
They sentence him 15yrs
But he will be out in 3yrs time
15years because he took a plea deal
Malema and floyd very quiet🤔

He only got 15 years as part of a plea deal to implicate others, thereby increasing the likelihood of recouping the stolen money.

@@nedor64 so what’s your point? That he can’t be in jail for 495years? That’s not how the law works
