I recommend olaplex it helped repair my hair and the breakage that it had due to mechanical and chemical damage. It also targets dry & frizzy hair by moisturizing it. I have thick kinky curly hair. It works for all hair types. It’s expensive but so worth it

I never ever use heat on hair. I got my thyroid checked a month back and it is normal. My hair was almost straight and silky 5 years back i.e. when I stayed at my native place before marriage. After marriage, I shifted to Pune and that's when a sudden transformation in my hair structure happened and when I am saying sudden I literally mean it. Within 2.5 months they became dry and frizzy and now they look as if they have been chemically treated or somewhat burned sort of. I feel so helpless. Plz suggest something

Sour Tejal.. Hi. Unfortunately, I haven't visited a doc. Meanwhile, I tried biotin supplements but they didn't work out. I tried WOW argan oil shampoo and conditioner but that too failed terribly. I even used filtered water as my last rinse but it didn't make any difference. And now I have lost hope. I really miss my lustrous, almost straight locks. Do let me know if anything works for you.

I have very thick curly hair. Normally regular leave in conditioners don’t make my hair as soft because of the thickness. Would it be ok if I use a hydrating mask as a leave in. I heard if it’s a hydrating mask would be ok to leave in as long as it down contain keratin or protein. Is that correct? Please if someone can shed some light, I would greatly appreciate it.

I had straight hair. I dyed and used a lot of heat and my hair became so much damaged I have decreased the heat to about 2 or 3 times a year for past 2 years. My hair started turning curly, frizzy, dried and absolutely damaged no matter what I do. I hate the curls. Any recommendations?
Same here but I didn't use any heating tool or dye.
Don't use any heat at all. Try doing a sour curd mask on scalp and hai every week. Apply coconut oil at least twice a week and leave it overnight. And don't wash and shampoo more than twice a week. Use fermented rice water mixed with plain water for final rinse of hair after shampooing. Use natural conditioner like boil lots of methi, a bit of neem leaves, curry leaves, dried amla,shikakai and reetha in water and wash your hair with that water. Remember to buy all this as whole grains or whole. Don't buy any powdered form. They are adulterated. Eat lots of protein in every meal. Drink water. And add some vitamin and biotin supplements after consulting a doctor. Am sure your issue will be fixed.

if your hair is very frizzy, it might be that you have curly hair and brush it out when it is dry. DO NOT DO THAT. if you have curly hair, ONLY BRUSH WHEN WET. Next thing is that there might be chemicals in the shampoo and conditioner. there is this app called Think Dirty which shows the chemicals and ingredients in the porducts. If it is red, that means there are harmful chemicals in there. NATURAL HELPS!!

Im 21 years old but my hair is damage even though I've never used hair dye and heat styling at all! I dont even dry my hari using hair dryer and I lived in no air conditioning environment but my hair still damage. I have wavy hair but some looks like its curly and Im itching to pull it. It makes my hair looks frizzy even though not all of my hair strands is damaged. I've looked it all, searching and so on but non really talk about this unfavorable curly hair out of nowhere and just said its trichotillomania. If my hair is curly, then it should have a regular pattern each strands but I dont. My wavy hair is almost straight but this annoying hair wont give me any justice. And it grows out at the centre of my scalp. What else should I do to fix it????? Ive used hair mask and less chemical shampoo and all but those annoying hair wont go away. How do I fix it?😐 I really need help. I dont know if expert could help me. Im not wealthy enough to go hair treatment in salon but pliz help me
