Record of income and expenditure and receipt and payment for a period is call profit and loss account .
liablity -
top -share capital and reserves
owner fund -share capital and reserves
outside fund -secure loan( loan giving charge on asset ) and unsecure loan(taking loan not giving charge on asset )
current liability -liability arise between 12 month of blance sheet debt .
Asset -fixed asset -cars, furniture,land building (movable +immovable )
investment in shares bond
curret asset - working capital cycle -cash -raw matrial -manufucturing starts -sell -cash -complete working cycle .
