You can spend half that price in barrington hills and get 5 acres, a pool, not be up your neighbors ass, less in taxes and a high school that is just as good as hinsdale and a Ferrari to cruise the awesome streets of barrington hills and still have cash to spend. Check there next…

Yo.... so you have closing cost and upfront taxes so the home is more so for those with a budget of 3.9Ms ... that said with a VA loan fixed 30 year... should really just pay cash and have no mortgage.... I would put 40% down ... a 12% loan interest thanks to some bad debts I have... hints the reason to not have a mortgage when you have bad debts....we at a rounded up 30K per month... so a new car each month is your mortgage (before 2020)... some teacher's salary is your mortgage.... a Lyft drive is lucky to make that within a year is your monthly cost to own this.... I got to start doing what the rich do .... cheating and winning.....LOL
