2. 第二呢， 現在越南公寓價格掉很多了，比起covid那時候，1房那個區域大約2.8b, 2房3.2, 3房 3.8b,
3. 第三呢，外國人你要也是可以買地的，但是你需要開公司，擁有權在公司。一樣是50年使用權（看你在什麼地區）

Hi Torres and Kiki. I am surprised by the development in Vietnam. When I left Vietnam, Vietnam was still a poor country with a socialist economic system focused on agriculture and exports. While Hong Kong is a financial and commercial center. Vietnam may have a more relaxed lifestyle than Hong Kong. Due to limited space, apartments in Hong Kong are often smaller than in Vietnam. But I don't think that houses in Vietnam are as expensive as houses in Europe. I wouldn't buy a highrise apartment for $ 1.19 million. No matter how modern and luxurious it is. I think I can learn many things from Torres, especially English. Torres is lucky to have a local like Kiki as a guide and advisor during your time in Vietnam. Thank you for your videos.
It's no difference than a 50 years long lease for the condo, at the end of the right of 50 years, this condo investments will be gone into the wind, can't count on it for the retirement.

娶越南真的要慎選，尤其家庭教育更重要，不然很多嫁來台灣，都跑去做八大行業、按摩、小吃部 現在更多往洗頭美容去都是服務男性居多的行業，不務正業，當然前面這些工作 ，錢多足以讓他們養在越南沒在工作的爸媽。一生就是這樣了。切記來台不能讓她跟同鄉走太近，在台灣好的我看基本都是以家庭為重，不會543跟同鄉整天鬼混玩在一起。

China is also one of the few countries that does not allow foreigners to buy property… so Vietnam is no exception.
One piece of my view as a Vietnamese: I believe this policy is temporary. The thing is government cannot currently permit investors to buy real estates in Vietnam. The price is already extremely high, outreach for most of Vietnamese. Also they don't want foreigner take advantages during this time. They will open the market when the time comes.

money out to foreign is hard and complicated ,,,not very easy as a foreigner living in hcm for 5 yrs . the property is inflated ,with the money u can get value worth in country like msia or even aust . Vn is developing for sure but dont sugar coated with not sure accurate infor maybe from kiki that away from vn and bsed in hkg for long ,,just look at the infra stucture in hcm ..can even say near to bkk or msia ,,dont even mention spore . take a example like economy boom for 10 yrs ..but look at the image of the nation - HCM or Hanoi airport or even the national stadium . . welcome to come and visit more with more time on the ground ,,as we dont provide full infor and sugar coated the scene ,tourist will be very dissapointed with high expectation ,,cheer to U and cố lên !!!
lol do Thai and Malay have wars and trade embargo before? Check VN's history and see how the country has thrived. Don't put such ridiculous comparison. As a Vietnamese, I do agree VN goverment are slow and corrupted towards infrastructure like metro, railway system, airport, national stadium. But the good point is that infrastructure of more than 10 big cities and provinces are developing equally while Thai focuses only on BKK and a few touristy parts, other provinces are undeveloped and poor.
