My cousin from HK has just been to Dubai a couple of weeks ago, and he told me that Dubai was nowhere near as perfect and glamorous as he initially thought prior to visiting the place, he noticed that in fact there's a huge gap between the very rich and the very poor, also the quality of the infrastructure and roads varies a lot from district to district which is evidenced in Torres's video, he even said that he actually think HK and Shanghai are more 'advanced' than Dubai. Funnily enough, the only good thing he said about Dubai is that the foods are generally cheaper than those in London.
