The children are lovely but they seem to be non-stop children. The doctor told my friend that the consequences of having coffee during pregnancy! Anyways, the intelligence of Chinese can make the pregnancy smoother! Truly pray you’ll have a healthy, happy, adorable baby very soon!

Your baby and yourself need it for good quality sleep 😊 A little of coffee is perfectly fine! I’m a mum of 2. But yes, those chinese traditional rules are difficult to follow but it’s good to follow somehow! But not the coffee! You need a bit of booster! 😂 Meantime SLEEP MORE 😂
Whether what to eat or not to eat and to do or not to do, is just to avoid and control yourself particularly for only the pregnancy period of 9 months and for the sake of your health and baby's too😂 Enjoy your pregnancy and be happy 😊
i can drink many cups of coffee a day (not an addict though) but when i got pregnant, coffee just stopped being appealing to me. i didn't even know i was pregnant yet but i found myself ordering coffee at cafes when i sat down to work and not really touching the coffee. i just eased off of it. the sad thing is, i like to order venti-sized coffee so about a week later i switched to grande and then just started getting myself a tea instead of coffee. i also could not take fried food when i was pregnant. i guess my babies like to eat healthy. XD
I feel for you, Georgia. Getting through pregnancy is not easy, let alone being told how to be healthy etc. I am sure all the advices are good intentions for both yourself and your baby. Bear with it, it will be over soon.❤

以前很多人也分享这样不能那样不能，但我都没跟，因当时我家里大装修，我设计，所以由我管，我的工作也是drafter, 每天都要用剪刀，我也爱吃螃蟹和鸭肉，只是减少吃榴莲，怕太热气。我觉得吃方面最重要营养均衡，什么都吃一点ok的。要运动。我生了3胎，孩子都出社会了，我也不太做月子。最重要还是营养均衡和运动，思想乐观开朗，什么病都没有。我妈妈和弟媳都是喝咖啡喝到生啊！
我四胎都還是有喝咖啡，但是不能過量；

我都沒在管的，長途機旅行、煮飯、拿刀、搬家、喝咖啡(平常喝decaf，一般咖啡就喝過幾次，每次一杯)，冷飲、雪糕這些我過了三個月就沒戒了，4-6個月還去慢跑，隔天先就在家運動，吃東西也不過量，盡量吃蛋白質和蔬菜水果
Sex也是到7個月才完全停止(主要因為怕子宮收縮)
女兒岀生後我也洗頭了，身體真的沒問題，如果有人跟我說老了才知道
我會說我老了再告訴你，如果你還在😂
