      @@diyasharmah09e60 YES if you focus on feeling and activating the right muscles. So strengthening will help you to do that! I do exercises from this video but also a lot of other ones to strengthen!

    You created an extremely effective sequence.
    I felt the opening of my legs improve a lot in the "middle split!"
    Consider that I am a rusty over forty year old man.

      Well I just ordered the equipment to start doing basic aerial yoga poses and flow. So I’m going to be working on that real soon and your videos are definitely helping me along my journey.

    A tip for those who have carpet! moving pads/furniture pads work as a replacement for the cushions!

    How many times a week should we practice these stretches? 😊 i’m struggling with my middle split too! 🥲

      I practice flexibility 3-4 times a week, each time no more than 20 minutes. I do dynamic strengthen before tho so if you count that also its about 40 minutes.
