    My experience is if I sleep 8 or 9 hours I feel groggy and tired, and feel really good on 5 or 6 hours

      How much are you working the average person works 60hours a week there 168hours in the week 9X7=63hours you still have 45hours spare in the week

      Depends on what you do during the day. If you’re very physically active, work 12 hours or more a day, 9 hours of sleep doesn’t seem out of the ball park.

      If it's what needed naturally for most people, they should have the right to get that. The inability of your schedule to give you the opportunity to do that symptomatic of a lot of things worth advocating against I reckon

    yes those sleep 5 or 6 hours and look fine... I wish i was one of them... doctor says they are actually not fine. yes I would think the same but where is your reference doctor? in my opinion doesnt count and I want to find out less sleeping ways

      There is people who have bodies that can function on 4 hours of sleep like the rock sleeps 4 hours a night since that’s his body is able to do that but most people need 7-8 hours to prevent sleep deprivation

    Smh been working two full time jobs for 9 consecutive months, and I’ve been getting only 2-4 hours of sleep mon- fri, and I tell you I wish I can get 6 hours a night .

    6-7 hr sleep is the best, they want you to sleep more than 8hrs so that you can waste your time doin nothing productive and stay the same life, make every waking hour count brothers
